On 5 June 1960, Saint Pope John XXIII established a ‘Secretariat for Promoting Christian Unity’ as one of the preparatory commissions for the Council. In 1966, Saint Pope Paul VI conrmed the Secretariat as a permanent dicastery CUMENICA of the Holy See. In 1974, a Commission for Religious Relations with the Jews was established within the Secretariat. In 1988, Saint Pope John Paul II changed the Secretariats status to Pontical Council. Œ e Pontical Council is entrusted with promoting an authentic ecumenical spirit in the Catholic Church based on the principles of Unitatis redintegratio and the guidelines of its Ecumenical Directory rst published in 1967, and later reissued in 1993. e Pontical Council also promotes Christian unity by strengthening relationships CTA with other Churches and Ecclesial Communities, particularly through A theological dialogue. e Pontical Council appoints Catholic observers to various ecumenical gatherings and in turn invites observers or ‘fraternal delegates’ of other Churches or Ecclesial Communities to major events of the Catholic Church. Un particolare tributo verrà riservato da LaMITICA 2020 al corridore ciclista tortonese Luigi Malabrocca ovvero alla mitica maglia nera del Giro d’Italia del quale proprio in questo 2020 viene celebrato il Centenario della nascita. Ironia della storia: nel 2019 il Centenario di un mitico primo, nel 2020 il Centenario di un mitico ultimo, entrambe nati nelle stesse terre. Così come per le precedenti tre edizioni e ancor più per questa occasione, verrà consegnata la simbolica maglia nera de LaMITICA realizzata in collaborazione con Pella Sportswear, al corridore ciclista professionista che avrà terminato il 103° Giro d’Italia in ultima posizione della classifica generale.

    REGIONE PIEMONTE BU10 05/03/2020 Deliberazione della Giunta Regionale 21 febbraio 2020, n. 24-1043 D.P.R. n. 616/1977 art. 70 - D.Lgs. n. 102/2004 e s.m.i. - l.r. n. 63/1978 artt. 54 e 55 - Delimitazione delle zone danneggiate e riconoscimento eccezionalita' delle piogge alluvionali avvenute tra il 19 ottobre e il 25 novembre 2019 nelle province di Alessandria, Asti, Biella, Cuneo, Torino e Vercelli. A relazione dell'Assessore Protopapa: Premesso che: l’art. 5 del D.Lgs. n. 102/2004 e s.m.i. “Interventi finanziari a sostegno delle imprese agricole, a norma dell'articolo 1, comma 2, lettera i), della legge 7 marzo 2003, n. 38” , prevede la possibilità per la Giunta regionale di adottare misure volte a favorire la ripresa dell'attività produttiva delle imprese agricole nonché al ripristino delle infrastrutture connesse all'attività agricola, tra cui quelle irrigue e di bonifica; l’art. 6 dello stesso decreto, stabilisce inoltre che la Giunta regionale deliberi, entro il termine perentorio di sessanta giorni dalla cessazione dell'evento dannoso, prorogabile di trenta giorni in presenza di eccezionali e motivate difficoltà, la proposta di declaratoria della eccezionalità dell'evento stesso. Dato atto che: come evidenziato da Arpa Piemonte, nei giorni dal 19 al 24 ottobre e tra il 22 ed il 25 Novembre 2019 il Piemonte è stato interessato da due prolungate fasi di maltempo, caratterizzate da piogge alluvionali, che hanno determinato diffuse condizioni di criticità idro-geologica; l’entità diffusa delle piogge ed i fenomeni di esondazione dei principali fiumi e dei corsi d’acqua secondari hanno prodotto danni eccezionali alle aree agricole in tale periodo occupate da cereali autunno vernini o da colture foraggere permanenti ovvero in riposo o con le prime lavorazioni di preparazione alla semina primaverile, alle strutture aziendali ed alle infrastrutture con particolare riferimento ai canali irrigui, alle relative opere di presa, nonché a strade interpoderali di accesso ai fondi.
