Validity of this agreement The validity period of the instant agreement is upto L year from the date of signing hereof. Renewal & Termination of the Contract The contract may be renewed for the next three year after the expiry date of this contract, upon mutual agreement of Sindh Bank Limited and M/s.TCS. This agreement can be terminated by either Party upon giving a 30 days' advance notice in writing to the other Party. Responsibility The goods / articles / services are required to be provided / supplied / installed by the party of the first part M/s. TCS. at the stipulated period, as mentioned in the purchase order issued by the Bank. The mail/articles shall be collected by TCS from the offices of the Bank by _p,m. Payment Terms Payment against the provision of Courier Service at the branches will be paid within 15 working days of invoice submission by M/s. TCS. Confidentiality Except with the prior written consent of the Bank, the Contractor and its Persorurel shall not at any time communicate to any person or entity and confidential information acquired in the course of the Services, nor shall the Contractor and the Personnel make public thb recommendations formulated in the course of, or as a result of, the Services.
