1.For sales reservation, the following should be submitted to Seller’s Relationship Management (SRM) • Signed letter personally handwritten or printed by the buyer signifying intent to purchase a unit • Photocopy of duly filled-up and signed Unit Reservation Form (URF). • Photocopy of valid identification card of the prospective buyer

2. Cut-off for submission of reservation is only up to 5:00PM.

3. It shall be the responsibility of SRM to ensure no double booking of units. Reservation is on a first- come-first-serve basis.

4. SRM shall advise daily units under hold to the respective representative per sales channel.

5. Upon securing of the license to sell: • SRM shall forward to Project Development Group (PDG) list of accounts under LOI • PDG shall make instruction to Data Control to transfer from technical hold to sales hold units from the list submitted by SRM • SRM shall submit to Sales Management Group (SMG) all documents received. • Seller should submit the original URF to SMG. This will undergo the regular booking process. • Accounts with replaced documents/buyers upon securing of License to Sell shall not be honored and holding shall be lifted automatically. Sellers are NOT ALLOWED to post any SMDC Property without its LICENSE TO SELL
