Native title rights and interests to be taken
The native title rights and interests, if any, in land and waters described in the Schedule (“the land”) are taken on and from 5 September 2003 by the Coordinator-General for the purpose of conferring rights and interests in the land on a person other than the State, namely Burnett Water Pty Ltd for the Burnett River Dam.
