Argentina have a slight weight advantage in the scrum and Italy have a two cm per man height advantage in the line out. • Argentina’s tallest man is second row forward MATIAS ALEMANNO, who stands at 198 cm (6ft 5ins), just one cm above Italy’s FILIPPO GEROSA. The heavyweight division • The combined weight of the Argentina pack is 859 kg, which gives them a 14 kg advantage over Italy in the scrum. • Italy have the heaviest man on the pitch in loosehead prop NICOLA QUAGLIO, who weighs in at 119 kg (18st 10lb). He will have a three kg advantage over his direct opponent in the scrum, NAHUEL LOBO, who is Argentina’s heaviest player. History • This will be the second time that Italy and Argentina have met in the IRB Junior World Championships. Three of their starting line up made starting appearances in all five matches played and have also started all matches played in this tournament; prop NICOLA QUA- GLIO, flanker EDOARDO GHIRALDINI, scrum half GUGLIELMO PALAZZANI. Young talent • Italy’s fly half MICHELE CAMPAGNARO is the second youngest player in the tournament at 18 years and three months and is just three days older than England’s fly half, GEORGE FORD. The man in the middle • LEIGHTON HODGES of Wales takes charge of this match, his third in IRB Junior World Championship competition.
