Kimberly Ann’s passion for planning blossomed in high school, and continued to be fueled by planning her own get togethers. She graduated with her Bachelor's of Art in Communication Studies, from California State University, Long Beach in 2014. She graduated in 2017 as a Certified Wedding & Event Planner with Lovegevity’s Wedding Planning Institute. Since then she has worked under all her vendors, to find the best list of connections for future clients. Once initial contact is made I will reach out via phone or email to do a brief introduction and set up a complimentary one hour consultation, ideally face to face. Wedding questionnaire will be emailed to the couple and encouraged to be completed previous to meeting.

Consultations are held at Outlet Coworking in Sacramento off of K and 21st Street, where conference rooms are available upon request or through advanced booking. Local coffee chops closer to your area are also available!

If a face to face consultation is not possible, we will meet either via Skype or Google Hangout.

The initial consultation will be a formal meeting where the couple to be will have already filed out their wedding questionnaire. We will go over the following details: budget, theme, number of guests, wedding party, expectations, and pricing packages. Ms Vegan Planner Events

Pricing packages Package 1: Guide us, please Base Price: $400 Details: Perfect for the DIY couple who will bring their big day to life! Package includes: - 10 hours of in person or video chat consultation (includes initial consultation) - Learning how to stay within your budget - Reviewing venues selected by the couple and any contracts they have acquired - Learning the importance of insurance and watching out for liabilities - Understanding how to create timelines for the big day - Overview of creating and utilizing your support team

Woman of Honor/ Man of Honor Checklist (MOH)

• Help select the attire of the wedding party

• Helps address invitations and place cards

• Attend as many prenuptial events as possible • Host or co-host a party and/or shower • Organize wedding party’s gift to the love bird. Usually give an individual gift to the couple • Ensures that all the bridesmaids, the flower girl, and the ring bearer are at fittings, the rehearsal, and the ceremony on time • Attend the rehearsal (mandatory) and • Walk in processional and recessional • Help with getting into wedding gown • Arrange veil and train before the processional and recessional • Makes sure their gown is “picture perfect” throughout the day • Hold bridal bouquet during the ceremony • Witness the signing of the certificate • Stand in the receiving line • Keep love bird on schedule • Help love bird change into their going away clothes • Take care of the gown and accessories after the reception • Pay for own wedding attire and transportation to the wedding

Best Man/Woman

• Host or co-host a party and/or shower

• Coordinate the bridal party’s gift to the groom. Usually give an individual gift to the couple • Attend the rehearsal (mandatory) and rehearsal dinner • Ensure love bird is dressed and to the ceremony on time • Make sure the groom’s wedding related expenses are prepared (Officiant fee, tips, etc.) • Make sure the groom has the with him • Deliver any payment to Officiant, sexton, and ceremony musician(s), as prearranged • Enter the sanctuary with the groom • Take care of and hold the wedding rings for the couple • Make sure all ushers and groomsmen/maids are properly attired and in place on time • Walk in the recessional • Witness the signing of the marriage certificate

Groomsmen/ Groomsmaid Checklist

• Participate in party for the groom, if there is one • Contribute to the wedding party’s gift to the groom. Usually give an individual gift to the couple

• Attend the rehearsal (mandatory) and the rehearsal dinner • Review any special seating situations with the head usher before the ceremony begins • Greet guests as they arrive • Seat the eldest women first if a group of guests arrive simultaneously • Ask guests whether they are to be seated on the bride’s side or the groom’s side • Offer right arm to female guests (with the guest’s escort walking behind) or ask couples to follow behind (leading couple to their seat)

• Walk to the left side of a male guest

• Hand each guest a program when they are seated

• Place aisle runner after guests are seated and before the processional begins

• Know the order of seating per tradition such as special guests, grandmothers of the couple and bride’s mother last

• Remove pew ribbons, one row at a time, after the ceremony

• Close windows and check pews for programs or articles left behind after the ceremony

• Direct guests to the reception site (having extra maps available, if used)

Head Usher Checklist

• Attend the rehearsal (mandatory) and is included at the rehearsal dinner • Contribute to the wedding party’s gift to the groom. Usually gives an individual gift to the couple

• Receives any lists of guests who are to be seated in a specific pew and is aware of the importance and sequence of seating special guests, such as the mothers and grandmothers of the bride and groom

• Make sure that programs, if used, are handed to guests when they are seated • Make sure that people who are designated to receive special flowers or corsages do, if the flowers have not been delivered to the recipients beforehand

• Check that all ushers are dressed properly and wearing their boutonnieres on the left side, stem down

• Make sure that the ushers know how to usher: how to greet guests, how to offer an arm to a single woman guest, and how to precede a couple to their seats

• Help gather the wedding party for photographs either before or after the ceremony and ensures that transportation arrangements have been made for all members of the wedding party to and from the ceremony

Flower Child Checklist

Ring Child Checklist

• His attire should be paid for by child’s family

• Attends the rehearsal (mandatory) and the rehearsal dinner (situational)

• In the processional, walks down before the flower child

• Carries either the actual rings or a facsimile of the rings (often a practical idea), on a white velvet or satin cushion. If the rings are genuine, they should be fastened to the cushion with a very thin thread or placed over a firmly fixed hatpin. The best man takes the rings from the cushion at the right moment

• Walks with the flower child in the recessional, directly behind the bride and groom

• Bride and parent will coordinate to ensure flower child is dressed, ready to go and taken care of throughout ceremony and reception

Applying for a marriage license: - Licenses last for 90 days, so apply accordingly with date of wedding - You can obtain and submit an application online or in person - It is recommended to schedule your appointment online to pick up your marriage license - Walks in can wait up to two hours or more - Permit is issued on the same day of payment

Fees: - Pay in person only - $84 if purchased during regular hours - $90 is purchased after regular hours
