    RESOLUTION NO , 7879-R74 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RADIO STATIONS TO BE CARRIED ON THE FM SPECTRUM OF THE CATV SYSTEM WHEREAS, the CATV Franchise Ordinance No, 7273~68, as amended, provides that the CATV System shall have a minimum channel capacity of twenty-seven (27) FM audio channels within the frequency range of 88-107 MHz; and WHEREAS, the CATV Franchise Ordinance, as amended, further provides that the radio stations to be carried on this FM spectrum shall be determined by the Grantee, subject to the review of the Champaign-Urbana Joint CATV Commission, and the approval of the Urbana and Champaign City Councils; and WHEREAS, at the April 18, 1979, meeting of the Champaign- Urbana Joint CATV Commission, the Grantee, Champaign~Urbana Commu- nications, Inc , proposed, and the Champaign- Urbana Joint CATV Commission recommended, that certain radio stations be carried on the FM spectrum of the CATV System. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF URBANA, ILLINOIS, as follows: 1 .
