We bring you this selection of Bombay Sapphire gin recipes with a twist for our special afternoon tea. All of our ingredients showcase the unique, aromatic taste of Bombay Sapphire which is created using ten botanicals; Juniper Berries, Lemon Peel, , Angelica, Orris, Grains of paradise, Cubeb Berries, Cassia Bark, Almonds and . All of these botanicals come together with our paired Bombay Sapphire afternoon tea in perfect harmony and combines beautifully with the taste profiles of Bombay Sapphire gins.

Star of Bombay Star of Bombay brings together the aromas and flavours of 12 botanicals. Adding two additional botanicals to the original recipe – Ecuadorian ambrette seeds and dried Italian bergamot peel – And slowing down our signature vapour infusion process. Slowing down this unique method increases the level of extraction from the botanical oils as the vapours take longer to pass through the botanical baskets, which builds rich aromas and intense flavours.

The coffee estate is in a beautiful region, rich in natural resources, surrounded by towering mountains and fertile hills. The estate was established by the Gomez family in 1925.
