Rooming List Instructions

The information requested on the rooming list form is necessary for the Village at Squaw Valley USA to make complete and accurate reservations for your group. Your Conference Planning Manager will be happy to send you an electronic template upon request. Your own list is also acceptable if the same information, as outlined below, is provided. Please also follow the guidelines below when making changes to your rooming list.

Room Assignment  The Village at Squaw Valley USA will honor the room size requested. We will note your requested building and beddings assignments, but cannot guarantee specific locations, or room numbers.

Splitting Rooms Charges  If your group attendees will pay for their own rooms, tax and incidentals, and are sharing condominiums, the following must be considered: The Village at Squaw Valley USA is unable to divide certain charges (telephone calls, incidentals, etc). It is the responsibility of the individual whose name appears on the reservation City Ledger to finalize all charges amongst occupants BEFORE checkout. It is the responsibility of the group leader or meeting planner to inform all attendees of the above.

Requested Rooming List Information Names  Please type or print the last name and then first name of each attendee with title, if any.  Under the Main Name on the reservation, please indicate if there are other attendees sharing this room and if so list names as instructed above.  Note- the Main Name on the reservation is the name linked to the billing City Ledger. Room Type- denotes the accommodation requested  One Bedroom = 1bed/ 1bath- King bedded room with Queen size pullout sofa (sleeps 1-4 people)  Two Bedroom = 2 bed/ 2bath- One King size bed, one Queen size bed and one Queen sofa pullout (sleeps 2-6)  Two Bedroom with Twins = 2 bed/ 2bath with twin beds- One King size bed, two Twin beds and one Queen sofa pullout (sleeps 3-6)  Three Bedroom = 3 bed/ 3 bath- One King size bed, one Queen size bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and one Queen size pullout sofa (sleeps 3-8)

Billing  Please indicate next to the Main Name on the reservation whether room, tax and incidentals go to the Master Group City Ledger or to the individual’s City Ledger.  If the group wishes to pay for room and tax, but not incidentals, please write Maser/incidentals to “I” Dates  Arrival and Departure dates Special Requests  Indicate special guest needs  VIP notations  Handicap access  Views- more expensive  Room location request  Requests are filled on space available basis

Changes to Rooming Lists Please list all changes by the date the change was requested on the bottom of the original rooming list. Names  If there is a name change, please write down the new name and then note if the name is a new reservation or if the name is replacing an attendee, already on the rooming list. If the new name is replacing an attendee on the list, state which reservation number the attendee being replaced is under and whether the attendee being replaced is moving into a different room or is now not coming. For example:  Karen Mack is a new attendee and she will need a 1 bedroom on 8/6/04 and she departs 8/9/04. Room and Tax to the Master City Ledger and incidentals to I.  Karen Mack is a new attendee, replacing Tim Nelson who is a share on reservation #10 on the rooming list. Tim Nelson is replacing Kelly James as a share for reservation #6 and Kelly is no longer attending. Dates  If there is a date change, please list the name of the reservation and the new arrival or departure date. Billing  If there is a billing change, please note the name or the reservation and the new billing quest. If the reservation is being paid in part by the group and in part by the individual please specify which dates are to be charged to who. For Example: o Karen Mack will be arriving on 1/1 and departing on 1/10. Karen will be paying for the nights of 1/1, 1/2, and 1/9, all other nights to the master bill. Special Requests  If a special request is no longer needed, or a new special request is added please note the name on the reservation and what the new request is and what is no longer requested. Group Services and Rates

Porterage: Baggage handling is $7.00 roundtrip, per person. Please provide your conference coordinator two weeks advance notice to schedule this service. * Inform all group guests of arrangements made for porterage.

Luggage: Please contact your Conference Planning Manager to coordinate luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures.

Early Check-Ins/Late Check-Outs: Please contact your Conference Planning Manager for all requests for early check-ins or late check-outs. The Village at Squaw Valley USA will try to accommodate requests to the best of its ability based on availability however we cannot guarantee requests.

Guest Room Deliveries: In order to assure our guests an exceptional experience, Front Desk must receive any group/VIP delivery requests 12 days in advance prior to date of delivery. The Front Desk Manager/Supervisor needs to be in possession of ALL pertinent information and possession of items to be delivered no less than 3 hours prior to time of delivery. These expenses can be charged to the master city ledger. $3.00 per room for amenities $3.00 per trip to deliver packages

Parking Heated underground parking is provided and each room receives one parking space at check-in. Front Desk will issue parking permits and inform guests what colored section to park in. Winter Activities

Skiing/! International renowned Squaw Valley USA is just out your doorstep! No driving, no parking, just enjoy. Tahoe also boasts fifteen wonderful resorts including nationally known Alpine Meadows, Northstar-at-Tahoe, Heavenly, and Sugarbowl all within ten minutes to an hours range of driving! A skiers and snowboarders paradise.

Tour Squaw Valley Take an on mountain tour of Squaw Valley USA-ride the Funitel to Gold Coast, take the pulse lift to High Camp and ride the Cable car back to the bottom. But before you leave High Camp, enjoy the choices that abound! Choose one or choose all! Ice-skating, swimming (yes even in winter after March 1st), relaxing in the mammoth hot tub, sightseeing (breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe), or having lunch. Visit the Olympic Museum and see how Squaw Valley has been transformed since the 1960 Olympics were held here.

Ice Skating Step out your door and ride the scenic Cable Car up to High Camp where you can skate on the Olympic Ice Pavilion overlooking the entire Tahoe basin. After skating, enjoy the view and have food and/or drinks in one of the many restaurants.

Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing The neighboring Squaw Creek Nordic Center offers 18 groomed kilometers spanning over 400 acres of the Sierra's finest terrain. Additional Activities Outside of Squaw Valley:

 Visit one of the many other world class ski areas in the Lake Tahoe Basin. Within 15 miles you may ski at Alpine Meadows, Northstar-at-Tahoe, or Homewood Resort.  Cross country skiing at Lakeview cross country center in Tahoe City or Royal Gorge-the largest cross country ski area in North America!  Snowmobiling which takes you into the mountains above Lake Tahoe-a trip you will never forget!  More and more shopping. Skiing & Snowboarding

With over 460 inches of average annual snowfall, 34 lifts, and 4,000 acres of terrain spread over 6 mountain peaks, Squaw Valley USA is certain to satisfy even the most discerning skier and boarder tastes.

Snow Sports School – It’s YOUR Turn

And our experienced instructors will guide you to it! This revolutionary teaching system is designed for adult skiers and snowboarders (ages 13 and up) from never-ever to expert. Students can join the group on the hour during the regular season. Each Level has a specific goal and mastery of technique is achieved through use of proper ski terrain, skill blend and turn shape. Your Instructor will help guide you toward successful skiing or snowboarding.

Rental Packages

Squaw Valley's Ski and Rental Shops offer a giant fleet of equipment for all abilities. Sport packages include brand new K2 and Dalbello boots. Come cruise the white stuff on our custom snowtubes. If you've never "tubed" before, it's a blast! The snow tubing park is located at the Papoose Discovery Center at Far East (turn left at the first parking lot bridge towards the Papoose Learning Center) Two tubing lanes are maintained providing tubers a variety of thrill levels.

Ice Skating

Come experience the exhilaration of ice skating on top of the world! The Olympic sized Ice Pavilion (100'x200') is located at the High Camp Bath & Tennis Club, el. 8,200' and overlooks beautiful Lake Tahoe. Guests access the rink with a ride in our scenic Cable Car.

Cable Car

A ride in the scenic Cable Car is a spectacular and leisurely ride 2,000 vertical feet to the High Camp Bath & Tennis Club. The Cable Car is one of Squaw Valley's most popular year-round attractions and is open to all guests, skiers, snowboarders and walkers. Once you reach the top, the upper mountain facility features panoramic views as well as access to numerous activities and five restaurants.

Squaw Valley offers numerous places to eat, drink, and be merry. From a breakfast feast before hitting the slopes, a quick lunch grab, to fine dining with an unforgettable view, there's something for everyone. Summer Activities

Golf The beautiful and challenging Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Squaw Creek golf course is right here in the valley. Book individual tee times, or set up a tournament. Golfers need not stop at one round, because there are no less than eight superior golf courses around the lake.
