This chapter describes the alternatives that were developed during the scoping process and as part of public engagement opportunities, reviews the alternatives that were eliminated from further study through the alternatives screening process, describes the No-Action Alternative and the action alternatives that were carried forward for further study in this Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the No-Action and action alternatives. 2.2 Alternatives Development and Screening Process Figure 2.2-1 presents an overview of the Figure 2.2-1.
