Features: Maypo Quick Cream Farina enriched cereal contains no preservatives or sugar. It is a good source of calcium and iron and is both cholesterol and salt free. Preparation and Cooking: Boil 8 cups milk (or water), 1tsp. salt (optional) and 11/2 cups of Maypo Quick Cream Farina will produce 8 servings. Heat milk (or water) and salt (optional) to a rapid boil. Slowly stir in Maypo Quick Cream Farina. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to a gentle boil for 2 to 3 minutes or until desired consistency. Stir frequently to prevent milk from scalding. Remove from heat and cover until ready to serve. Serving Suggestions: Tropical Delight: Pineapple chunks, coconut and madarin orange slices. Melon Mania: Cutup cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon. Fruit and Nuts: Raisins, dates, dried apricots and walnuts. Storage: Store at ambient temperature in a cool, dry area.
