INTRODUCTION

The LAC DE LA LAMENTATION Block of the CHIBOUKI project is a diamond exploration project located about 20km northeast of the Cree town of Mistissini, about 110 km northeast of Chibougamau, Northern Québec. The LAC DE LA LAMENTA- TION Block is composed of 172 contiguous map-staked mining cells (claims) for a total area of 94 sq.km (9434 hectares).

A 2003 reconnaissance heavy mineral sampling (by independent geologists and prospectors) yielded kimberlite indicator minerals (KIMs) that sparked the map-staking of the present claims. In 2004-2006, prospecting and further heavy mineral sampling were carried out on this Block. In 2007-2008, a 24-holes drilling program totaling 2381m was completed (THIS REPORT).

PROPERTY OVERLOOK

The Lac de la Lamentation of the CHIBOUKI project is located in Northern Quebec, territory, about 100 km northeast of Chibougamau (Fig.!). This land is classified as Class-II according to the James Bay Agreement and does not carry any restriction concerning mining or exploration activities The property is accessible through the all-season 167 gravel road and is located about 110 km NE of Chibougamau. Several gravel logging roads are present in the region and the Tournemine and Clavernie camps of Chantier Chibougamau are located respectively 15km south and 70km south of the Temiscami River. Most of the Lac de la Lamentation Block is accessible by helicopter. Several logging roads (Chantier Chibougamau) are also present in the 32iO4, 32i 11, 32i12 and (specially) 32i05-06 NTS sheets.

The LAC DE LA LAMENTATION Block of the Chibouki property is composed of 172 contiguous map-staked claims totaling 94 square kilometers (Fig.2). All claims are located within the 321/04-05-06-11-12 map sheets. All claims were map-staked according to the Quebec's mining Act, and properly filed and attributed. Such holding is not challengeable by a third party, and valid for a period of two years and renewable.

In 2003, the project was initially generate by "Le Groupe" composed of Pietro Costa, Robert Gagnon, Michel Gaudreault, Gervais Simard and Daniel Verreault who carried CHIBOUKI-Assessment work report- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. 3

out a reconnaissance heavy mineral sampling program totalling 65 samples. This project was later subject to an option with DIOS Exploration Inc., which paid for the processing of selected fluvio-glacial samples, map-staking of the property, and additional follow-up sampling. The "group" retains a 1% NSR (GOR) that can be bought back for 1000 000$.

REGIONAL AND LOCAL GEOLOGY

The region is located at the southeastern limit of the Superior craton, along which is located the Chibougamau-Matagami greenstonebelt. It was mapped at the scale of 1:1000 000 by the Quebec government (Hocq, 1985; figure 3).

In Chibougamau, the greenstonebelt is divided in 2 main groups: the Roy Group composed of 2 volcanic cycles (mafic to felsic) and the Opemisca Group (mainly sediments with minor potassic volcanics). The Obatogamau and Waconichi Fms correspond to the first volcanic cycle, and the Gilman and Blondeau Fms to the second one. Numereous E-W oriented isoclinal folding and a well-developped associated shistosity are present. Domes and basins interference pattern is the result of two deformation phases.

The northeastern portion of the region is overlain by the Proterozoic Mistassini sedimentary basin composed of the Albanel Fm (dolostones and graphitic shales) and the Chibougamau Fm (conglomerates, sandstones, and argillites). The whole region is intruded by mafic intrusions as the Lac Dore Complex and the Cummings sills.

To the east, the Grenville Front limits the Chibougamau-Matagami greenstone-belt by _ several extensive NNE-SSW faults (ex: Mistassini, du Chef, Petite-Meule Faults). This sector of the Grenville Front is dominated by biotite-hornblende quartzo-feldspar -- gneisses.

Federal and provincial airborne magnetic data outlines an important NE-SW diabase dyke (as well as several minor ones) that is part of the Otish Swarm (1730 Ma).

The Mistissini Block geology is dominated by mafic volcanics and clastic sediments in its SW part, and by granitic to granodioritic intrusive at the contact between the Superior and the Grenville provinces (Hocq, 1983) in its NE part.

The Lamentation Block geology is mainly composed of granitic to dioritic gneiss injected by minor pegmatitic to mafic-ultramafic intrusions and dykes. The pink pegmatite -- dykelets —dykes are the most common and they are often magnetic. Numereous mafic- _ ultramafic (amphibolized gabbro to pyroxenite) intrusions have circular magnetic signature similar to the ones of kimberlite pipes. 1 1 l L 1 1 I I 1

A lot of exploration work for metals is reported over the mine area at the Quebec Natural Resources Ministry offices. Limited work for diamond was carried out in the 1993-94 (Diabex and Diabior), as well as informal sampling by BHP and De Beers, but most of the area exploration effort was focused on gold and copper within the Chibougamau greenstone-belt.

The property is characterized by the following favorable elements for diamond exploration (Figure 5):

1. Underlying Archean (2,7-2,8 b.y.) Superior craton. 2. Presence of the NNE Mistassini-Lemoyne Corridor that extends itself over 650 km and hosts Beaver Lake- Renards-Tichegami kimberlites, Niaux and Temiscamie nepheline syenites as well as the Castignon lake and Lemoyne carbonatites. 3. Junction of N-S and NNW-SSE Mistassini and NE-SW Preissac mafic dykes swarms. 4. The project is located 20 kilometers southeast from the Portage cluster, 30 km north-northeast of the Otish cluster, and 500 km east of the Wemindji kimberlitic dyke cluster. 5. Proximity to the zone where seismic topography suggests the minimal 200 km depth required for the formation and preservation of diamond. The fertility of this lithosphere keel was proven by the chemistry of Wemindji, Eastmain and Otish regions. 6. Under-explored (for diamond) area. I I ! I I 1 I 1 I I I ! 1

PREVIOUS WORK

Before 1960:

1972: The federal government covered the project area with a regional airborne magnetic survey (with a half-mile line-spacing).

1979: Uranerz discovered the Beaver Lake kimberlite in the Otish region (32P/16).

1989-1992: SOQUEM and Quartz Mountain Gold Corp completed extensive exploration work for gold and base metals (590 km of line-cutting with a 100 meters-spacing, ground mag, V.L.F., geological mapping; 1000 sq. meters of mechanical stripping; and 15 drill holes for 2597.7 meters) on their Eva Lake project, located SE of Waconichi Lake (GM 51639, GM 50130, GM 50058, GM 51056).

1993-94: Diabex carried out ground magnetic (50.8 lines-km), mapping, sampling (113 samples), and completed a 6 holes drilling program (totaling 747.5 meters) on their properties in the Chibougamau- Inconnu Lake region (GM 52872, GM 52873, GM 55055). They found a G10 pyrope in a till sample in the 32G 13 NTS sheet.

1999: Géologie-Québec (Moohead, J. and al., 1999) published MB-99-35: Kimberlites, linéaments et rifts crustaux au Québec. Rémy Morin mapped the Lac des Canots region (RG 99-01).

2001-02: Ashton-Soquem and Majescor outlined several kimberlite indicators trains in the Portage/Eastmain River region. In December, Ashton-Soquem announced the discovery of two diamond-bearing kimberlitic bodies (Renard-1 and 2) on its adjacent Foxtrot property. With additional drilling, Ashton-Soquem outlined 6 other kimberlitic bodies within a 2km-radius from the initial discovery.

2003: Ditem discovered 4 kimberlites (H-1 to 4) on their Tichégami project and Dios uncovered 3 kimberlitic dykes on its Hotish project. The Table Jamésienne de Concertation Minière (TJCM) carried out regional heavy mineral sampling (180 samples) of the on the 32F NTS sheet, located about 100 km to the west-southwest of the Chibouki project. It found numereous KIMs including a favourable G10 pyrope.

"Le Groupe" (Gagnon-Costa-Verreault-Simard) collected 65 fluvioglacial samples in the Chibougamau region. Dios Exploration agreed to a deal with "le Groupe" for the Chibougamau region. Processing yielded numerous good quality kimberlite indicator minerals including high-chromium & low-calcium G10 pyropes, G9 pyropes, diamond- inclusion and harzburgitic chromites, picro-ilmenites, Cr-diopsides, and Mg-olivines. CHIBOUKI-Assessment work report- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. 11

2004-2005: Regional heavy mineral sampling outlined 3-4 target-areas. Elsewhere, background till, fluvioglacial material as well as up-ice esker samples do not show any indicators. Another follow-up basal till campaign was completed last Fall (some 44 samples) which microprobe results just returned confirmed the specific locations of the indicator mineral trains previously delineated in the basal till. Most of the Chibouki project was already covered by a Quebec Government 200 m-spaced magnetic airborne survey, which data was previously processed for its kimberlite potential for DIOS by a diamond industry specialized geophysicist. This helped plan the follow-up field campaigns.

Processing of till yielded numerous high interest kimberlite indicator minerals (KIMs) including high-chromium & low-calcium G10 pyropes within the diamond field, G9 pyropes, eclogitic garnets, diamond-inclusion and harzburgitic chromites, picro- ilmenites, omphacites, Cr-diopsides, and Mg-olivines. So far, about 600 heavy mineral samples were collected on the various blocks. Elsewhere, background till, fluvioglacial material as well as up-ice esker samples do not show any indicators.

2006-2007: Three drill holes totalling 900m were completed on the most promising geophysical targets nearby Bordeleau Lake on the Mistissini Block.

A total of 53 kimberlitic geophysical targets were identified by both DIOS geophysical surveys (2006 & 2007) in the Lamentation Lake area. Kimberlite geophysical targets were defined by geophysicians Matthew Johnston and Camille St-Hilaire. The 2007-2008 drilling program (2381m) tested 24 (first and second) priority geophysical targets and no kimberlitic material was intersected. Prospecting and till sampling was completed in the same area. Most of the targets were easily accessible through logging roads.

KNOWN DISPERSION TRAINS

Previous to Dios 2003-2004 regional reconnaissance program, the presence of kimberlite indicator minerals (KIMs) dispersion trains in the secondary environment of the CHIBOUKI properties or its vicinities was unknown.

Regional reconnaissance sampling of the extensive N-NNE eskers along highway 167 does not suggest that the source(s) of the Chibouki KIMs (kimberlite indicator minerals) are located in the further north Hotish-Tichegami region where kimberlites occurrences are known. DIABEX limited previous works in the Chibougameau area did not yield discriminant KIM.

However, Moorhead and Houle (2002), Goulet (2004) suggest the area should be favourable for kimberlite as it is located within the southern extension of the Mistassini- Lemoyne corridor, and hosts late sub-parallel faults and an alkaline intrusion (Temiscami nepheline-syenite). CHIBOUKI-Assessment work report- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. 12

In 2003, the Table Jamésienne de Concertation Minière (TJCM) carried out regional heavy mineral sampling (180 samples) of the eskers on the 32F NTS sheet, located about 100 km to the west-southwest of the Chibouki project. It found numereous KIMs including a favourable G10 pyrope.

In 2004-2007, Dios carried out regional heavy mineral sampling that outlined 3-4 target- areas. DIAMOND POTENTIAL OF THE CHIBOUGAMAU AREA

Exploration of this property in this under-worked but favorable region is fully warranted. Its designation as a favorable zone is based on the following characteristics:

1. Located within the NNE oriented Mistassini-Lemoyne Corridor along which recent discoveries of diamond-bearing kimberlitic diatremes and dykes as well as several nepheline syenites (Fontanges and Temiscamie) and carbonatites (Castignon and Lemoyne); 2. The Archean Superior craton is dated about 2,7-2,8 billions years, to abide by the Clifford's rule; 3. Close to a zone where seismic surveys suggest the presence of a lithosphere keel (Moorhead, 1999). A 200 km-thick lithosphere is required to secure the thermodynamic conditions of formation and preservation of diamonds. Fertility of this lithosphere keel is confirmed by the chemistry of Wemindji, Portage and Otish indicator minerals; 4. Mistassini dyke swarm (oriented at N330) and Preissac (oriented at N060) intersect themselves in the area. This situation is similar to the one observed in the favourable Wawa-Hearts-Kapuskasing area, Ontario; 5. Glacial geology is simple and the dispersion trains geometry is known to be narrow and very short.

The interest in this sector located in a strong diamond-potential and poorly explored region is mainly based on its strategic location with respect to the general repartition of the known kimberlitic dyke swarms and its geotectonic environment (figures 2 & 5). The following facts concerning the area are to be considered:

1. The property is located 200km southeast from Dios Hotish dykes, 320 km southeast of the Renard cluster, 250km from the Otish cluster, 200 km CHIBOUKI-Assessment work report- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. 13

northeast of Le Talc swarm, 500 km southeast of the Wemindji dispersion trains (and Majescor kimberlitic sill). This corresponded to the regular spacing between kimberlitic swarms; 2. The property is located 60-75 km southeast of the new De Maures River KIMs dispersion trains; 3. Near the convergence point of Mistassini dyke swarm (Fahrig, 1987). There is a similarity between the Marathon dyke swarm and the diamond occurrences in the Wawa, Kapuskasing and Attawapiskat; 4. Is located along the phantom-lineament (not shown in figures 2&5) linking the Sept-Iles complex to the Wemindji sector. This lineament is parallel and recurrent to the Saguenay and Ottawa-Bonnechere grabens.

GLACIAL GEOLOGY

Nature and distribution of the Quaternary deposits

Glacial landforms are common and well developed throughout the Chibougamau region. Being the product of the erosion of metamorphosed and volcano-sedimentary rocks, the regional till located east of the James Bay is generally sandy, pebble-rich and non- calcareous. Although the till thickness may reach 10-15 meters, it is generally much thinner (a few meters). In its upper oxidized portion (the B2 horizon, usually less than one meter-thick), the till is characterized by a brownish to beige color; and is grey (C horizon) below the oxidized level. Extensive areas are covered by till sediments shaped into or crags and tails (behind the protected (down-ice) side of a rocky hill). Going eastward from the , the dominant drumlins fields progressively change to ribbed or fluted fields, and further away to hummocky moraines (Vincent, 1989). Flutes, drumlins, drumlinoid ridges and crag-and-tail hills consist mainly of lodgment till, but may contain lenses of stratified sand and gravel, many of the drumlins and drumlinoid ridges may prove to have rock cores. The drumlins occur as discrete ridge and are generally 30-3000 meters long, 100-400meters wide and 5-30 meters high. Ribbed- in its most distinctive form consists of arcuate ridges of bouldery till up to 1600 meters long, 200 meters wide and up to 30 meters high. Typically the depressions between the ridges are occupied by elongated or multi-fingered , which help accentuate the ridge pattern. Elongated fields of ribbed moraine occupy shallow depressions in the drift plains or the bottom of the valleys that cut through the hilly uplands. The hummocky moraine consists of closely spaced, irregularly shaped mounds of bouldery drift, 3 to 15 meters high. Most of the mounds probably consist of ablation (or fusion) till. The mounds and intervening depressions are profusely littered with boulders, which may average 6 meters in diameter. The resulting topography appears as an irregular jumble from the ground, but some localities exhibit a discernible pattern from the air, with short ridges tending to be oriented normal to the strike of the latest ice- movement. The hummocky moraine is usually located up to 1 to 2 km, each side of an CHIBOUKI-Assessment work report- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. 14 esker. Esker complexes form larger features than the simple eskers varying from a few hundred meters to a kilometer or more wide, and up to 40 meters or more high. Typically there is a prominent central ridge, bordered on either side by depressions often occupied by small lakes. In places the central ridge is divided into two or more subparallel ridges separated by elongated steep-side depressions. Glacio-fluvial deposits are frequent in the Chibougamau region; and are mainly present as long (tens of kilometers) and sinuous eskers (File-Axe and Duberger Esker) and their outwash (between Duberger and Carbonneau Lakes). The simple eskers are considered to have been deposit in the channels of sub-glacial streams and are generally parallel to the last ice-flow direction. Large areas of poorly-drained terranes (till plains and basement depressions) are filled with shallow organic deposits (bogs).

Quaternary History

Glacial sediments in the Mistassini Lake area were mainly the product of the Upper Quaternary periods. In the James Bay region (located northwest of the project), as the ices progressively retreat, the Inlandsis (Laurentide ) front was in contact with important water masses. The reconstructed ice-flow patterns (fig.9) suggest that the outflow centers or ice-divides that affected the eastern Hudson Bay region were located in north-central Quebec throughout the Wisconsinan glaciation (Parent and al., 1995). Critical evidence for this comes from the fact that even the penultimate regional glacial movement was directed toward the northwest and north-northwest throughout key regions east of Hudson Bay and James Bay. These ice-flow patterns provide an indirect record of migrating outflow centers (fig.10). An early outflow center lying just north of Mistassini Lake migrated subsequently toward the northeast near Bienville Lake, where it may have remained stable during much of the Late Wisconsinan maximum. This migration was apparently accompanied by a 90 degrees change of the overall orientation of the ice-divide. Further eastward, migration in may have occurred during deglaciation. That late-glacial southwestward deflection recorded (and the dominant one in the Chibougamau region) provides further support to earlier interpretations (Hardy, 1976) that the last deglaciation was dynamically controlled by glacial streaming, surging, and calving into Glacial , which had extended into James Bay and Southern Hudson Bay prior to marine incursion.

The Chibougamau region is characterized by an old movement toward the southeast (N120-130), followed by an intermediate movement toward the south (N160-170) which itself is followed by a recent regional movement to the southwest (N200-240) with a concentration of measurements of N210-230. An old west-northwest movement (N260- 290) was also locally observed near Villon Lake (320/3), as well as near Dompierre (32J/10) and Villebois (32J/9) Lakes, south of the Broadback River. Fig. 6. CHIBOUKI 2006 SUMMER-FALL HEAVY MINERAL SAMPLING

Following the previous results, this program was centered on upgrading the up-ice sectors of the anomalous areas, as well as complete in-filling sampling on the same areas. A team composed of geologist Harold Desbiens and prospector Gervais Simard collected 40 heavy minerals samples in June, 2006. Transport to the sampling site was possible with a 4x4 truck and an ATV. Site locations were chosen based on the availability of glacial material (till vs glaciofluvial) to complete the most regular spacing along favorable glacial movements and to cover the down-ice area of selected geophysical targets. Base camp was at the Harricana Hotel in Chibougamau. All those samples are being processed at the IOS Services Géoscientifiques Laboratory in Saguenay, Québec. Prospecting and geological mapping were also carried out in the vicinities of selected geophysical targets.

CHIBOUKI 2007 PROSPECTING AND MAPPING

Following the processing of the second geophysical survey, the majority of new targets as well as their vicinities were prospected and mapped by geologist Harold Desbiens and Prospector Gervais Simard (see table x, Annex 3). No kimberlitic outcrop or float was observed during the reconnaissance mapping-prospecting.

CHIBOUKI 2007-2008 DRILLING CAMPAIGN

CHIBOUKI's 2007-2008 drilling program tested 24 targets with a total of 2381 meters. The sources of the high interest kimberlitic indicator mineral trains remain unexplained. The focus of this drilling program was to test pipe-shaped geophysical anomalies identified by previous airborne surveys located at the head of glacial dispersal trains. All the holes were completed with a small portable drill using bits and shells with synthetic diamonds. Forage DV (Daniel Verreault) was the contracted driller. Detailled logs, sections and maps of the dill holes are presented in ANNEX 3.

The hole intersected magnetic biotite pyroxenite that explained the first-priority geophysical target.

-Hole LL-12 (99m long) investigated Target LL-12, an isolated circular 75-100m dia high magnetic anomaly located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic garnets- kosmochlor- ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. The hole cuts through a sequence (79,2-99m) of weakly magnetic pink pegmatite and biotite granitic gneiss that may explain the geophysical target. Minor gabbroic dykelets were also observed.

Hole LL-13 (99m long) aimed to test Target LL-13 ©, an isolated circular 100m dia strong high magnetic anomaly located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic gamets- kosmochlor-ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. This hole encountered metric magnetic gabbroic and diabase dykes injected in weakly magnetic foliated biotite granitic gneiss. The mafic rocks (gabbro and diabase) explain the strong magnetic anomaly.

-Hole LL-14 (99m long) tested Target LL-14, a circular 100-125m dia high magnetic anomaly located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic garnets- kosmochlor-ilmenites- forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. This hole cuts through a sequence of magnetic biotite granitic gneiss injected by gabbroic dykelets, weakly magnetic pegmatite and gneiss. The magnetic first section (4,5-71,9m) of the hole explains the geophysical target.

-Hole LL-16 (110m long) investigated Target LL-16, an isolated circular 75-100m dia high magnetic anomaly located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic garnets- kosmochlor- ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. This hole intersected weakly magnetic biotite dioritic gneiss, non-magnetic pegmatite and granitic gneiss. Very minor gabbroic dykelets were observed and may indicate more extensive mafic intrusion in the immediate vicinity. The geophysical anomaly is more or less explained (?). CHIBOUKI-Assessment work report- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. 20

-Hole LL-17 (99m long) and Hole LL-18 (100m long) both tested two nearby off-dykes 100m dia high magnetic anomalies (LL-17 & LL-18) anomaly located up-ice of a north- south eclogitic garnets- kosmochlor-ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. Magnetic feldspar-phyric gabbro injected weakly magnetic biotite granitic gneiss and pegmatite explain the anomalies.

-Hole LL-19 (99,5m long) aimed to test Target LL-19 (D), an isolated circular 100-125m dia high magnetic anomaly, nearby a north-south gabbro/diabase dyke. This anomaly is also located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic garnets- kosmochlor-ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation. Magnetic gabbro and biotite granitic gneiss were intersected in the hole and explain this priority geophysical anomaly.

-Hole LL-21 (98m long) investigated Target LL-21, a well-isolated circular 75-100m dia strong high magnetic anomaly located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic garnets- kosmochlor-ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. This hole intersected weakly magnetic biotite granite injected by very minor diorite dykelets. The geophysical anomaly is more or less explained (?).

-Hole LL-23 (102m long) tested Target LL-23 (F), an isolated circular 75-100m dia high magnetic anomaly located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic garnets- kosmochlor- ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. This hole intersected weakly magnetic biotite dioritic/granitic gneiss, and minor non-magnetic pegmatite. This priority geophysical anomaly is more or less explained (?).

-Hole LLW-04 (99m long) investigated Target LLW-04, an isolated circular 75-100m dia high magnetic anomaly located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic gamets- kosmochlor- ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. This hole cuts through a sequence of feldspar-phyric gabbro injected by pegmatite and granite dykelets. The gabbroic rocks probably explained the second-priority geophysical anomaly.

-Hole LLW-10 (133m long) tested Target LLW-10, a nice isolated circular 75-100m dia high magnetic anomaly located east of Lamentation Lake. This hole intersected strongly magnetic peridotite dykes (between 95,10-99,79m; 113,10-114,05m; and 118,05- 119,75m) injected within dioritic gneiss. The peridotitic rocks explain the first-priority geophysical anomaly.

-Hole LLW-11 (102m long) investigated Target LLW-11, an isolated circular 75-100m dia high magnetic anomaly located up-ice of a north-south eclogitic garnets- kosmochlor- ilmenites-forsterites train located just west of Lamentation Lake. Located about 200m south of the hole LL-16, this hole intersected weakly to strongly magnetic pegmatite and very minor gabbro dykelets injected within weakly magnetic granitic gneiss. From 41,50 to 65,OOm; a moderately magnetic pink pegmatite is variably silicified with traces to 3% disseminated pyrite may explain the first-priority geophysical anomaly.

-Hole LLW-31 (81m long) tested Target LLW-31, a nice isolated circular 100m dia high magnetic anomaly located along the 167 highway. This hole is located straight up-ice of CHIBOUKI-Assessment work report- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. 21

The gabbro explains the first-priority geophysical anomaly.

Hole LLE-17 (98m long) investigated Target LLE-17, a nice isolated circular 100m dia high magnetic anomaly located near 167 highway. The target is directly up-ice favourable KIMs. This hole intersected magnetic amphibolitized gabbro (between 52,5-70,5 and 91-94m) within weakly magnetic syenite-granite. The gabbro explains the first-priority geophysical anomaly.

-Hole LLE-20 (87m long) tested Target LLE-20, a nice isolated circular 75-100m dia high magnetic anomaly located east of Lamentation Lake. This hole shows magnetic pyroxenite (between 22,80-87,OOm) injected within pegmatitic gneiss. The pyroxenite explains the first-priority geophysical anomaly.

Hole LLE-21 (98m long) investigated Target LLE-21, a nice isolated circular 100m dia high magnetic anomaly located east of Lamentation Lake and near Target LLE-04. This hole intersected magnetic foliated gabbro dykes (between 78,3-86,5 and 97,5-99m) within weakly magnetic syenite-granite. The gabbro dykes explain the first-priority geophysical anomaly.

-Hole SA-05 (100m long) tested Target SA-05, a strong circular 250m dia high magnetic anomaly located west of Lake. The geophysical target is coincidental with a very strong (priority 5 which is the strongest) soil-gas anomaly. This hole cuts through a sequence of weakly magnetic intermediate to mafic intrusion. The SA-05 anomaly remains unexplained. CHIBOUKI-Assessment work report- DIOS EXPLORATION INC. 22

CONCLUSION AND PROPOSED WORK

Most of the first and second priority geophysical targets have been unsuccessfully test in the 2006-07 Chibouki drilling program, it is proposed to test-drill (helicopter-supported) the best remaining targets (LL-10 or A, LL-20 or E, LL-11 A LL-7?).

It is also recommend to have revised the lower (3-4) priority targets by a specialized geophysicist. The sources of the kimberlite indicator minerals remains unknown, their chemistry is different from the ones observed in the southern Otish region. They may be further up-ice of the present Lamentation block or they may not have significant geophysical signatures (dykes?).

Chibouki 2007 in-filling till sampling results should be also incorporated in the project re-evaluation as soon as they will be available. Further regional till could be complete for a better understanding of the glacial process.
