    L.N. 121 of 2003 Declaration of Constituencies (District Councils) Order 2003 (Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 6 of the District Councils Ordinance (Cap. 547)) 1. Commencement This Order shall--- (a) come into operation on 10 July 2003 for the purpose only of enabling arrangements to be made for the holding of the District Council ordinary election in 2003; and (b) in so far as it has not come into operation under paragraph (a), come into operation on 1 January 2004. 2.
