Kingdom of Cambodia Nation Religion King 3 Unofficial translation of CAMFEBA Kingdom of Cambodia Nation Religion King 3 Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training No. 341 K.B/Br.K PRAKAS ON DETERMINATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE-ESTABLISHMENT IN PHNOM PENH Minister of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training - Having seen the Constitution of Kingdom of Cambodia - Having seen Royal Decree No.NS/RKT/0913/903 dated September 24, 2013 on the Appointment of Royal Government of Kingdom of Cambodia - Having seen Royal Decree No. NS/RKT/1213/1393 dated December 21, 2013 on Restructuring and Additional Composition of the Royal Government - Having seen Royal Decree No. NS/RKT /0416/368 dated April 04, 2016 on Termination and Appointment Composition of Royal Government - Having seen Royal Kram No. 02/NS/94 dated July 20, 1994 promulgating of Law on Organization and Functioning of Ministers Council - Having seen Royal Kram No. NS/RKM/0105/003 dated January 17, 2004 promulgating of Law on Establishment of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training - Having seen Royal Kram No. CS/RKM/0397/01 dated March 13, 1997 promulgating of Law on Labor - Accordance to Sub Decree No. 283 RN/KroPrK dated November 14, 2014 on Organization and Functioning of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training Herby Decided Article 1: The objective of this Prakas is to strengthen the effective of the implementation of Labor Law and enhances the working condition, sanitation, and job security, and for better Industrial Relation. Unofficial translation of CAMFEBA Article 2: This Prakas is to determine the limitation of the enterprise/establishment management in Phnom Penh between the National Unit of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training and Phnom Penh Department of Labor and Vocational Training. Article 3: Enterprise/establishment which established in Phnom Penh has the name in the list of the enterprise-establishment of an annex of this Prakas shall be under the jurisdiction of the national unit of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. Article 4: Any enterprises which are not state in the list of the enterprise/establishment as in the annex of this Prakas shall be under the management of Phnom Penh Department of Labor and Vocational Training. Article 5: Any enterprises/establishments which have done the registration of enterprise or establishment still have the validity of using, unless of changing the name of enterprise/ establishment. Article 6: The category of enterprise/establishment that newly open shall be under the management of the national unit of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training as the following ÷ 1. Textile, Garment and Footwear Sector for exportation ; 2. Industrial; 3. Manpower Recruitment Agency to abroad ; 4. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs); 5. Construction company; 6. Hotel; 7. Bank; 8. Aviation; 9. Maritime. Unofficial translation of CAMFEBA Article 7: Prakas no. 185 KB/BrK dated August 28, 2008 on the Determination of Worker Management of the Small and Medium Enterprise/establishment in Phnom Penh and any provision contrary to this Prakas shall be nulled. Article 8: Chief of Cabinet, General Director of Administration and Finance Department, General Director of Labor Department and all relevant units shall be implemented the respectively of this Prakas after the date of signature. The data received from some licensees may not up to the required level of accuracy and hence the information provided in this report may be taken as indicative. This report is for dissemination to the Royal Government, institutions, investors and public desirous to know about the situation of the power sector of the Kingdom of Cambodia during the year 2012. With addition of more HV transmission system and MV sub-transmission system, more and more licensees are getting connected to the grid supply. This has resulted in improvement in the quality of supply to more consumers. By end of 2012, more than 91% of the consumers are connected to the grid system. More licensees are now supplying electricity for 24 hours a day. The grid supply has reduced the cost of supply and consequently the tariff for supply to consumers. Due to lower cost and other measures taken by Royal Government of Cambodia, in 2012 there has been a substantial increase in the number of consumers availing electricity supply.

Effectivement, vérification, nous nous sommes aperçus que le site de la Poste Cambodgienne n’avait pas pris en compte la réorganisation des arrondissements et quartiers de Phnom Penh qui a été faite en 2019. Pour rédiger la présente version mise à jour, nous nous sommes appuyés sur la base de données du site du NCDD (National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development), organisme du gouvernement cambodgien. Note: For the initial version of this document, we used the webpage of Cambodia Post that gives the ZIP codes of all sangkats of the city of Phnom Penh. However, a reader of Khmerologie let a message stating that our document was not up to date. After verification, we have discovered that the website of Cambodia Post does not take into account the reorganization of the administrative divisions of Phnom Penh that occurred in 2019. For the updated version of this document, we used the database published on the website of the NCDD (National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development), which is part of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
