Wardour 1 The Lordship and manor or reputed manor of Wardour with its rights, members and appurtenances and the castle of Wardour with the buildings, orchards, gardens and curtilages thereunto belonging and all woods and underwoods and woody grounds called by the names of Hanging and New Coppice. The Park called Red Deer Park and several parcels of meadow or pasture ground called Great Mead, Upper Mead, Lower Mead, Pond Mead, Frickers Mead, Long Mead, Lower Cowleaze, Wallnut Orchard, Horseleaze with all other lands, tenements and hereditaments. Now in my own possession. 2 The park at Wardour called Fallow Deer Park with a piece of pasture ground called Pond Close. Tenant at will. Rent £80 a year. Now or late in possession of Adam Hill.

Manor of Donhead 3 The manor or reputed manor of Donhead with its rights and members in the parishes of and ; Court Leet and View of Frankpledge in and for the Liberty of Donhead; Court Baron with Lawday silver and other profits and perquisites, felons goods, waifs, strays, deodands, heriots and other casual profits. 4 The rectory or right of patronage to the parish church of Donhead St Mary. Now in possession of Doctor Richard Jackson the present incumbent. 5 The rectory or right of patronage to the parish church of Donhead St Andrew. Now in possession of William Bowles, the present incumbent. 6 Several freehold tenements granted time out of mind to several persons and their heirs in fee. Chief rents payable to me amount to £5 5s 1d or thereabouts. 7 The site, capital messuage or farm of the manor of Donhead called Berry Court Farm with the custom works, half the strayers within the manor, woods, underwoods, sheep sleights, commons, lands and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Lease granted 22 September 1696 by Thomas late Lord Arundell to Thomas Grove, since decd, for 99 years if Thomas his son and Elizabeth his daughter now the wife of Joseph Hinxman, esq so long live. Rent £5 a year and 20 quarters of wheat, 10 quarters of barley and 30 quarters of oats. Lease in reversion 20 April 1743 granted by Henry Lord Arundell, my father, to John Grove for the life of Joseph Foot, son of Henry Foot the elder. Rent as before. In possession of Thomas Grove. 8 The farm and site of the manor of Ashgrove in the parish of Donhead St Mary with the messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments. Lease 13 and 14 August 1744 granted by Henry late Lord Arundell, my father, to Robert Barber for the natural lives of William Fry, Stephen Fry and John Parham.
