IT’S ALL ABOUT SCALING AND THE MULTIPLIER EFFECT

RANDY HAYKIN | FOUNDER During the past 5 years, our team has coached more than 80 highly intelligent and talented “social impact" leaders, who are reaching over 33 countries around the world and have the potential to create systemic change. Two things they all have in common - they are impacting the lives of children/youth and they are all scaling up.

Our long-term goal is to impact and change the trajectory of thousands of social impact leaders while building a strong and vibrant network. This community of top Social Entrepreneurs, Coaches, and Expert Advisors will power this emerging generation of social change agents.

2018 was a year of scaling for the Gratitude Network itself. We added programmatic elements, codified our Coaching program, re-envisioned and re-vamped our Expert Advisor program to assist more Leaders in a deeper way, grew our Network of Coaches and Expert Advisors, created a “growth webinar” series, solidified the components of our Alumni program, onboarded our largest cohort to date for 2019, created new opportunities for our supporters and sponsors to intersect with our Fellows, and more.

By focusing on the LEADERS of social impact organizations and helping them accelerate the growth of their programs, we will ultimately be impacting more children. And by investing in The Gratitude Network as an organization, we are poised to impact more Impact Leaders in a deep and lasting way. We find it interesting that as we work with Leaders the lasting effect on their organizations and teams is profound. The multiplier effect is real!

This coming year we plan to: - scale all segments of our network (coaching, expert advising, peers) - collect critical data on leadership development of our Fellows - pioneer a new program for Silicon Valley scale-stage firms that will allow them to solve some “emerging leader” issues while supporting the firm’s growth and open opportunities for additional partnerships for Gratitude

We are excited to be sharing our 2018-2019 story with you!

Grateful for impact through scale,

Randy 06 Annual Report 2018 The Gratitude Network
