Preamble Whereas it is expedient firrther to amend the Assam Tea Plantatiqns

Provident Fuod and Pe,nsion Ftmd and Deposit Insurance Fmd Linked Assaln Scheme Act, 1955, hcreinafter refened to as the principal Act in the Act X of I955 manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-firs Year of the Republic of

India as follows :-

1. (l This Act may be called the Assam Tea Plantations Provident Slrcrt title ) extEot and Fund and Pension Fund and Deposit Lioked Insurance Fund c,ommeDcclDcnl Scheme (6mgndment) Act 2020.

(2) It shall have the like extent as the principal Act.

(3) It shall come into force at once.
