Preamble Whereas it is expedient firrther to amend the Assam Tea Plantatiqns Provident Fuod and Pe,nsion Ftmd and Deposit Insurance Fmd Linked Assaln Scheme Act, 1955, hcreinafter refened to as the principal Act in the Act X of I955 manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-firs Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1.
