Normative issues and written language ENRIQUE DEL TESO UNIVERSIDÁ D’UVIÉU RESUME: La variedá llingüística emplegada más habitualmente nes zones urbanes asturianes, onde conviven falantes d’estremaos oríxenes llingüísticos, ye’l denomáu amestáu. Anque l’interés sociollingüísticu d’esta variedá sía evidente, esti artículu oriella los detalles descriptivos y el so significáu pa la situación llingüística d’Astu- ries. El so oxetivu principal ye analizar la manera cómo se tien que tratar esta varie- dá na norma del asturianu y, más en particular, na norma escrita. Pa ello, abórdense tres cuestiones de les que la central ye la segunda: qué clas de variedá ye’l llamáu amestáu; cuál tien de ser el tratamientu que-y dea la norma escrita; l’usu del ames- táu na situación que supón l’emplegu de les nueves teunoloxíes. Pallabres clave: Llingua asturiana, amestáu urbanu, normativa ortográfica, llingua escrita. ABSTRACT: The so-called «amestáu» (mixed language) is the linguistic variety most commonly used in Asturian urban areas, where speakers of different language back- grounds coexist. Although the linguistic interest of this variety is evident, this article does not aim to analyse its details from a descriptive point of view and its significance for the sociolinguistic situation of Asturies. On the contrary, its main objective is to study how this variety should be treated with regard to the standard norm of the Asturian lan- guage and, more specifically, to the written norm. Thus, three questions will be dealt with, being the second the main one: what kind of variety is the so-called «amestáu»?; how should it be treated within the written norms?; and what kind of use of the «amestáu» is produced when the situation involves the employment of new technologies? Key words: Asturian language, urban mixed language variety, normative issues, writ- ten language. 1. SEGUNDO .- En fecha 20 de Julio de 2016, reunido el Ayuntamiento en Pleno se acordó el nombramiento, a propuesta del Consorcio de Aguas, a Don Jesús Miguel Fernández Rodríguez- Jefe del Servicio de Tratamiento y Calidad de Aguas- y a Don José Manuel García Iglesias- Jefe de Servicio de Obra Nueva y Desarrollo- como técnico colaborador y suplente, respectivamente , para la asistencia en la valoración de los criterios sometidos a un Juicio de Valor de la contratación de la gestión del servicio municipal de abastecimiento de agua potable. En fecha 7 de Septiembre de 2016 reunida la Mesa de Contratación Permanente en asuntos competencia del Pleno , se procedió a la apertura de los Sobres nº 1 que hacen referencia a la documentación administrativa.

Standard Reference Materials (SRMs) were one of the first tangible outputs from the nation’s investment in improved measurement standards and technology that was start- ed at the beginning of the 20th century. As NBS evolved over the last hundred years in terms of scientific capability and fields of work, SRMs have taken on new forms and new roles in ensuring that our Nation is second to none in measurement capability. No one is more familiar with the history of this important program than Stanley Rasberry, long- time Chief of the program as well as a major developer of SRMs himself. E-mail: [email protected] Resumen: Se analiza la distribución temporal de más de 6.500 denuncias mineras de sustancias metálicas registradas en Asturias durante un período superior al siglo y medio (1825-2000), en paralelo a su desarrollo extractivo. Las correspondientes al hierro fueron, con diferencia, las más numerosas (67%), seguidas por las relativas al cobre (15%), plomo (5%), manganeso (4%), mercurio (3%), antimonio y oro (2%), y por último cinc y wolframio (1%). Los primeros registros se realizaron a partir del dictamen de una novedosa Ley de Minas (1825), concentrándose el mayor número de ellos a mediados del siglo XIX, con base en acontecimientos políticos y legislativos favorables. Durante el siglo XX tuvieron gran influencia los conflictos bélicos, tanto mundiales como la guerra civil española, pero, sobre todo, fue el tercer cuarto de siglo (1950- 1975) la etapa más próspera de actividad minera, completada en el último decenio con un interesante avance de la minería del oro. Principado de Asturias • OTRAS DISP O SICI O NES CONSEJERÍA DE EDUCACIÓN, CULTURA Y DEPORTE RESOLUCIÓN de 23 de diciembre de 2013, de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Deporte, por la que se incluyen en el Inventario del Patrimonio Cultural de Asturias diferentes bienes arqueológicos del concejo de Ribadesella. Considerando el interés patrimonial de diferentes bienes arqueológicos del concejo de Ribadesella, la entonces Con- sejería de Cultura y Turismo, incoó mediante Resolución de fecha 31 de mayo de 2011, un expediente administrativo para su inclusión en el Inventario del Patrimonio Cultural de Asturias. Con posterioridad a esa Resolución se han seguido los trámites previstos en la Ley del Principado 1/2001, de 6 de marzo, de Patrimonio Cultural. Así se solicitaron informes a distintas instituciones consultivas sobre la procedencia de esta inclusión en el Inventario del Patrimonio Cultural de Asturias, obteniéndose respuesta favorable de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando y de la Comisión de Urbanismo y Ordenación del Territorio de Asturias (CUOTA). Mediante Resolución de fecha 20 de abril de 2012 de la Consejería de Cultura y Deporte, se procedió a la apertura del trámite de información pública del expediente. Se recibió un escrito de la Asociación Profesional de Arqueólogos, Conservadores y Museólogos de Asturias, relativo a distintos errores o carencias advertidos en el listado de yacimientos propuestos para su protección, especialmente en lo que tiene que ver con su localización geográfica. Todas las alegacio- nes recibidas fueron debidamente contestadas.
