Our location From Manhattan and other points south: Phelps Hospital is located in Westchester County, 25 Take the Major Deegan North into the New York State Thruway miles north of New York City, at the western end of Route (87N) and travel approximately 20 miles. Take Exit 9 toward 117. It is situated on the Hudson River, four miles north of US-9/Tarrytown. Turn left onto Route 119. Turn right onto Route the Tappan Zee Bridge on Route 9 in Sleepy Hollow. 9 (Broadway) and travel north 2.8 miles. The entrance to Phelps is on the left.
