Jantz Stadium in Winfield. The Moundbuilders will be playing on their home turf for the first time since 2012 SOUTHWESTERN COACHING STAFF Sept. 22. On the Field... -Ken Crandall (Head Coach) -The Moundbuilders are undefeated this season when playing at Richard L. Jantz Stadium. Southwestern opened -Joe Pirillo (Offensive Line) its home schedule with a 27-13 win over Bethel on Sept. 8, then defeated Sterling in a 30-6 decision on Sept. 22. -Logan Wyrick (Running Backs/Tight Ends) -Andrew Krause (Defensive Coordinator) -A win Saturday would mark the first win over Friends since 2003, when the Moundbuilders sent the Falcons back -Eric McCormick (Defensive Line Coach) to Wichita with a 34-24 loss. -Kenard Calhoun (Linebackers) -Southwestern features multiple options at both of its key skill positions. After missing half the season due to In the Press Box... injury, sophomore Tanner Strohl has quickly claimed the top spot at halfback for the Moundbuilders. Strohl has -Jimmie Tagg (Offensive Coordinator) run for 282 yards on 60 carries and has one touchdown this season. He is complemented by freshman Anthony -Cody Melby (Offensive Assistant Sims, who owns 297 yards on 66 carries in 2012. The Moundbuilders also employ a two-quarterback system using -Kevin Griffin (Inside Linebackers) senior Jordan Barrett and freshman Tyler Crandall. -Regardless of which quarterback is in the game for Southwestern, they will be well-protected. The Moundbuild- ers’ offensive line allows just 1.3 sacks per game, a mark which has them ranked No. 21 in the nation in sacks allowed per game. -If opponents are punting the ball away from Lorenzo Fouts, it’s for a reason. Fouts ranks No. 15 in the nation in punt return yards per attempt with 10.4.
