I am delighted to present the St John Ambulance Victoria Annual Report which charts our progress and achievements in 2018.

The year began with a great result at the National Youth First Aid Championships in South Australia. Victoria won the team event – and placed second overall. Many of our members also participated in the State Youth First Aid Competitions in September.

Developing our leaders

We conducted two leadership courses for our youth members this year – as well as a management course for our adult leaders. This year’s annual staff development day was also supplemented by an additional professional development St John session on behaviour management. Youth
