It explains how we work to improve lives and strengthen communities through the provision of safe, affordable housing. We continued to improve the business and our service delivery as we prepared for large-scale growth through the transfer of 1,200 properties in the northern beaches under the NSW Government’s Social Housing Management Transfer Program. We delivered our 2017–18 Business Plan and completed the Strategic Plan 2015–18, using them as a solid platform for our Strategic Plan 2018–21.
