I’m so good at exercising—but I am so bad at eating right.” “I’m training hard but not getting the results I want. Something must be wrong with my diet.” “I feel so confused about what to eat. What is a well-balanced diet?” These are just a few of the questions and concerns both casual exercisers and competitive athletes share with me when I’m coaching them to win with good nutrition. More than ever, they feel confused about what and when to eat; how to fuel before, during, and after exercise; how to find their way through the jungle of engineered sports foods; and how to choose the best diet to help them lose fat and build muscle. There is no doubt in my mind that eating the right foods at the right times significantly improves performance and weight—as well as future health and well-being. I’ve helped many competitive athletes build bigger muscles, run faster marathons, and compete with higher energy. That comes to over six billion gallons a year. That’s more than any other country in the world. It’s been our national drink ever since the Boston Tea Party. Coffee accounts for about 75% of the caffeine we take in and about nine out of ten Americans take caffeine in everyday in one form or another. The average American coffee drinker says they take in about 3 ½ cups per day. And the surprising good news about coffee is that there is very little bad news. The coffee bean, like all plants, contains many different naturally occuring compounds and chemicals. Some of those are the good antioxidants that help our body protect itself from damage. As a matter of fact, a recent study found that coffee is the number one source of antioxidants in the U.S; not necessarily because it’s such a good source, but simply because Americans just drink so much of it. It you really want lots of antioxidants, instead of drinking more coffee, start eating more fruit. Blueberries, dates, and red grapes are especially high in antioxidants. Of course the real issue in most peoples minds is the caffeine content of this beverage. There’s no denying that caffeine can improve your mood and help fight fatigue. It can also act as a mild stimulant to improve physical and mental performance especially on monotonous tasks that you do over and over every day.

Abstract When Netflix launched in April 1998, Internet video was in its infancy. Eighteen years later, Netflix has developed into the first truly global Internet TV network. Many books have been written about the five broadcast networks – NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, and the CW – and many about the major cable networks – HBO, CNN, MTV, Nickelodeon, just to name a few – and this is the fitting time to undertake a detailed analysis of how Netflix, as the preeminent Internet TV networks, has come to be.     Proven leadership, a strong work ethic, discipline, teamwork—traits often used to describe those in our nation’s military. They are the same traits also associated with those who earn an M.B.A. The Simon Graduate School of Business has recognized this in its long tradition of accepting students with military backgrounds. As far back as the early 1970’s, instructors in the University of Rochester’s Naval R.O.T.C. program have taught naval science courses and attended Simon on Fridays through the Executive M.B.A. Program. During that time, Simon also offered an M.S. program in Systems Analysis, overseen by Ronald W. Hansen, senior associate dean for faculty and research, that enrolled and graduated approximately 75 mid-career military officers. Over the years, many Simon international students have performed military service in their home countries as well. Over the past two years, under Dean Mark Zupan’s leadership, the School has accelerated efforts to actively recruit M.B.A. candidates with military experience—either on orders from the military while on active duty or following several years of military service. “Since its inception, the Simon School has sought to attract the best and brightest candidates to attend its programs,” says Zupan. “Aside from today’s political climate, we continue to believe that the skills and traits inherent in current or former members of the military mirror those necessary for earning a graduate business degree and being successful.” Zupan ap- pointed Daniel H.     Ng Suat Qing Chandelle U1630335F Twitch Twitch is a video live streaming service that was introduced in 2011, primarily dedicated to video game live streaming. It is the most popular streaming service, with 2.2 million broadcasters and 140 million unique viewers monthly as of 2018 (Smith, n.d.). Users in Twitch are either viewers or streamers. Viewers can choose to view the streamer’s content on the site live or via video on demand (VOD). A typical livestream, on top of showing the streamer’s game playing footage, involves audio commentary from the broadcaster and an embedded webcam footage of the streamer. Viewers can leave comments to interact with the broadcaster or fellow viewers on a sidebar chat using either typed messages or Twitch specific emoji. They can also give donations to streamers, which can be accompanied with picture/gif attachments and short messages. Streamers can respond to these messages as they stream, either in the chat or audibly, although the latter is usually preferred. In 2016 alone, Twitch users sent 16 billion chat messages (Smith, n.d.). Figure 1 shows a typical website layout when viewing content on Twitch.
