Contract Overview
This Agreement is made and entered into by Sun Microsystems, 7900 Westpark Drive, Suite A110, McLean, VA 22102-4203, (“Contractor”) and the Department of Administration (“State”) on behalf of the State of Minnesota, participating members of the National Association of State Procurement officials (NASPO), members of the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) and other authorized Participating States and Participating Entities.
Current Contract Term
Agreement Term: Pursuant to Minnesota law, the term of this Agreement shall be effective upon the date of final execution by the State of Minnesota or on September 1, 2004, whichever is later, through August 31, 2007 (3 years). The Agreement may be mutually renewed for two (2) additional one-year terms unless terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Correct Contract Number
The official Sun Microsystems WSCA Contract number is # A85627. Individual states may have a separate state contract number for the Sun Microsystems WSCA Contract. If the state requires that individual state contract number to be listed on the purchase order, please include both contract numbers as the WSCA contract number will be required by Sun Microsystems.
