NOTE 1 These permit fees are levide by the Sekondi takoradi Metropolitan Assembly in accordance with the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (Business Operating Fees Bye Law (199 ) and have taken due consideration of the size and type/nature of Profession, Business, Occupation, Trade, etc., being carried out. NOTE 2 Contrators under this item have been classified into four (4) categories using the pre qualification criteria of the Ministry of Works and Water Resources and Ministry of Transport. Similarly Hotels and Guest Houses have been classified using the Ghana Tourist Board classification. NOTE 3 "Business Operating Permit Fees" which are charged annually by the Metropolitan Assembly to various Filling stations in accordance with the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (Business Operating Permit) Bye Laws (2000). These These permit fees are shown in (B) of the Schedule. It shall be the duty of every person liable to pay an Operating permit or any other annual fee, to settle the amount thereof at the offices of the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly on or before 31st March, 2018. The resolution was adopted at a General Meeting of the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly duely convened on 21st September 2017.
