Quanto è stato impor- tante questo sport nella tua vita e per il tuo lavoro? Come tanti bambini sono stato portato da mio padre a 5 anni in una palestra di karate, molti ragazzi smettevano altri continuavano, io tra alti e bassi non ho mai abbandonato. Ma se lo sci ha avuto qualche anno di gare gli altri sport li ho abbandonati a favore delle arti marziali. Oggi pratico pugilato, ormai da 25 anni, più o meno da quando mi sono trasferito a Roma. E gioco a calcio nella nazionale attori di cui sono capitano, non per meriti calcistici ovviamente ma sono uno dei pochi che corre... LE ARTI MARZIALI MI HANNO DATO TANTO, ANZI TANTISSIMO. LA GIOIA DI SALIRE SUL GRADINO PIÙ ALTO DEL PODIO E SENTIRE L’INNO NAZIONALE È UN’EMOZIONE CHE AUGURO A CHIUNQUE DI PROVARE NON C’È EMOZIONE PIÙ GRANDE. Interpretare il ruolo del maestro di sci di Papa Giovanni Paolo II, è stato facile? Interpretare Lino Zani nella fiction sull’amicizia con Papa Wojtyla è stato molto difficile perché interamente girato in inglese e accanto a uno degli attori più bravi con cui abbia mai lavorato, il russo Aleksej Guskov. Ti manca andare all'Olimpico? Mi manca tanto lo sport in generale, così come i concerti, il cinema e molto il teatro. Luoghi di esperienze uniche e irripetibili che purtroppo la tv non riesce a rimpiazzare. Speriamo si possa tornare presto a tifare dal vivo. Sembriamo ormai tutti rassegnati a vivere in questo modo, quasi avessimo perso la speranza. C’è bisogno di normalità, per noi, i nostri figli, per tutti. Bergamasco di nascita. Tifoso della Lazio. Con chi ti identificheresti? Le grandi imprese sportive con i suoi protagonisti sono ancora i momenti in cui mi commuovo, conosco la gioia di quando magicamente tutti gli sforzi fatti durante gli allenamenti scompaiono lasciando spazio alla felicità. Sono cresciuto con il mito di Tomba nello sci, correvo a casa per seguire le sue gare, gli incontri di Mar- vin Hagler e Leonard nel pugilato, Magic Johnson. Ho pianto quando Jury Chechi vinse l’oro agli anelli... ma se oggi dovessi interpretare uno sportivo di cui ammiro la vita nella sua interezza, dentro e fuori lo sport direi Alex Zanardi. Da questo terribile periodo della Pandemia, ti manca più il cinema o il te- atro? Mi mancano entrambi molto, nonostante ho scoperto il meraviglioso mondo delle serie Tv causa pandemia, sono cresciuto nei cinema e quel luogo rimane per me magico, carico di fascino. Il teatro invece rimane insostituibile, non ci sarà mai televisione che tenga, lo spettacolo dal vivo è un momento unico e irripetibile nel quale gli attori scambiano con il pubblico emozioni continue, sempre diverse ogni sera. Il teatro e’ un luogo magico che il grande pubblico riscoprirà in futuro, ne sono certo. Quali sono i tuoi prossimi programmi? A gennaio uscirà un serie Tv su rai1 dal titolo “Mina Settembre” dopodiché inizierò a girare un’altra serie Tv. Sempre quest’anno spero che finalmente potrò girare il mio terzo film da regista e infine sono stato nominato Direttore artistico del teatro stabile d’Abruzzo, compito molto complesso in un momento difficile come questo.

The tour highlighted the new equipment and Farm to School items featured on the menu. The goal of these grants is to increase sales of MN agricultural products to elementary schools, secondary schools, and ECE providers. In total the grant funded approximately $11,000 towards the purchase of a combination oven/steamer and a countertop freezer. • Superintendent Hillmann reported on behalf of Benjamin Bus that October 16-20 is National Bus Safety Week. Different types of DNA damage require different repair mechanisms, but these mechanisms are often similar in all domains of life. The most serious type of damage, double stranded DNA breaks, are for example repaired in conceptually similar ways in both bacteria and eukaryotes. When this kind of breaks are repaired by homologous recombination, a homology to the site of the break must be found. Sometimes, this homology can be located far away from the break necessitating a search. Considering the large amount of heterologous DNA present, the complexity of this search is enormous. If and how this search can proceed has been unclear even in simple and well characterized organisms as E. coli. In this thesis, microscopy together with microfluidics are used to show that DNA repair by homologous recombination occurs even between homologies separated by several micrometers.
