Regional Level Virtual Yoga Fest - “Yoga With BSG “ has been successfully organized by the Regional Headquarters on 21st June 2020 from 7:00 am to 8:30 am in which around 171 participants from 07 Re- gional States namely - Bihar, E.Rly, E.C.Rly, E.Co.Rly, Odisha, S.E.Rly and West Bengal participated virtually via Zoom Webinar. The pro- gramme was started with the Welcome Address. The Event was inaugu- rated by Mrs Darshana Pawaskar, Jt Director of Guides (Field Operation) by her inspiring inaugural speech. During the Fest, various Yoga and Asana demonstration were given by Dr B Islam (Gold Medalist) and Dr Mahesh Mucchal (Yoga Instructor). For the first time in the history of Eastern Region, a Regional Level online programme was conducted. After the Yoga demonstrations, honourable Director of The Bharat Scouts and Guides Mr Raj Kumar Kaushik, blessed the participants by his en- couraging golden words. He also appreciated the Youth for taking such initiatives during this pandemic. The progrogramme was conducted by Miss Kalyani Korna, Guide Captain East Coast Rail- way Under the supervision of Mr. Bablu Goswami, Regional Organising Commissioner (Scout). Finally the programme ended by Vote of Thanks followed by the Closing Musical Game. YOGA AND ASANAS

More than 1348 young member of Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides observed Interna- tional Yoga Day 2020 along with their family members and created awareness among 3578 more people of the Community. Shri M.K.Meena, DCC and ADRM/Asansol also celebrated Yoga Day with their Family. 715 Members of East Central Railway State Bharat Scouts and Guides celebrating Yoga Day by their daily Yoga Practices with 893 Non Scouts and Family Members.
