There are many touching paragons and stories in the society of Taiwan, but they are not reported. Media always focus on political struggles, gossips, and sensational stories. The news reporting the good and honest behaviors of the human being are usually not attractive to the public. In consideration that the bad social atmosphere and that the basis of the character education must be set up from the childhood, Dr. Chang Yung-Fa, the founder of the Evergreen Group, decided to issue a magazine that can arouse the good human nature and do what he could to correct the social atmosphere.

The first issue of the “Morality Monthly"was released in January 2008 for the readers aging from 9 to 99. The simplified Chinese edition was issued in April 2009 to sew the seeds of morality to Singapore, Malaysia, and other Chinese regions. Now, the readers of the magazine reach
