Programmliste 2016 Erstellt Gemäß § 26 Abs perrfrist 15:30 Uhr (Wenn nicht gewünscht: „_Sperrfrist unsichtbar“) Programmliste 2016 erstellt gemäß § 26 Abs. 7 RStV durch die Kommission zur Ermittlung der Konzentration im Medienbereich (KEK) Stand: Dezember 2016 Gemäß § 26 Abs. 7 RStV veröffentlichen die Landesmedienanstalten jährlich eine von der KEK zu erstellende Programmliste. In die Programmliste sind alle Programme, ihre Veranstalter und deren Beteiligte aufzunehmen. Aufgrund dieser Vorschrift des Rundfunkstaatsvertrages hat die KEK die folgende Liste erstellt. Sie enthält in alphabetischer Reihenfolge alle bundesweit empfangbaren privaten Fernsehsender, soweit ihre Programme in Deutschland veranstaltet werden. Die Angaben zu den Veranstaltern und deren Beteiligten basieren auf Auskünften der Fernsehveranstalter und auf allgemein zugänglichen Quellen. Auch Rundfunkveranstalter, die über eine Sendelizenz verfügen, deren Programme jedoch noch nicht bzw. nicht mehr ausgestrahlt werden, sind in der Liste enthalten. Gesondert sind ausgewählte Programmveranstalter aufgeführt, die ihre Lizenz nicht in Deutschland erhalten haben, aber bundesweit empfangbare deutschsprachige Programme oder Programmteile verbreiten. Die Liste enthält zudem ausgewählte Teleshoppingsender. This represents a 2.6 percentage point increase over the reference period. For 2007 and 2008, of the total of seven covered channels, three channels achieved the majority proportion specified in Article 4 of the Directive (Omega Television, RUV and Syn - Vision TV), while four channels didn't meet this target (Sirkus, Skjár 1, Stöð 2 and Stöð 2 Bio). The compliance rate, in terms of numbers of channels, was 42.9%. European works made by independent producers The average proportion of European works by independent producers on all reported channels was 10.7% in 2007 and 12.6% in 2008, representing a 1.9 percentage points increase over the reference period. Nach dem Staatsvertrag über die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Berlin und Brandenburg (MStV) ist die Erteilung einer unbefristeten Zulassung möglich, wenn mit ihr keine Zuweisung von Übertragungskapazitäten verbunden ist (vgl. § 28 Abs. 5 MStV).
