Anti-ITGA2B; ITGB3 monoclonal antibody, clone 348 (DCABH-9400) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Overview Mouse monoclonal to alpha 2b + beta 3

Antigen Description ITGA2B encodes integrin alpha chain 2b. are heterodimeric integral membrane composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. Alpha chain 2b undergoes post-translational cleavage to yield disulfide-linked and heavy chains that join with beta 3 to form a fibronectin receptor expressed in that plays a crucial role in . Mutations that interfere with this role result in thrombasthenia. In addition to adhesion, integrins are known to participate in cell-surface mediated signalling.

Specificity Under reducing conditions, this antibody will bind against the human membrane glycoproteins IIb and/or IIIa, which have molecular weights of ~130,000 (IIb) and 115,000 (IIIa).

Immunogen 109 human platelet suspension. The supernatant fluid from postitive clones was screened via ELISA, the solid phase being coated with washed platelets.
