The fee is $100 or $0.50 per case, whichever is greater. • Re-Stock Fee: A $0.50 per case fee will be charged for returned product. • Mix & Match of items is available for any packages listed within a discount schedule code grouping. • Promotional Pricing for out-of-stock items cannot be assured. • All Payments on account of COD must be paid by business check or money order -- cash cannot be accepted. As per the safety provisions of our union contract with our drivers, cash payments cannot be accepted. • All account checks returned for NSF will incur a $40.00 Returned Check charge. • Any account with two (2) checks returned for NSF will be required to pay by certified check or money order for all invoices due, for a period of not less than 30 days. • All charges are 30 days net unless otherwise noted. 1½% monthly interest will be added to unpaid default balances and must be paid in full before an account is cleared from default. 30 days credit will be extended to customers who are not in fault and have signed a completed credit application. We reserve the right to limit credit or refuse credit to individual customers we determine to be a risk. • In order to provide the highest quality and freshest product possible to our customers we may limit quantities available for buy in. We reserve the right to allocate product based on availability and establish delivery schedules as necessary. We reserve the right to substitute items of the same brand and size due to inventory or production changes. • Deposit Charges: All kegs require a $30 deposit. For deposit charges on pallets, please see amounts listed on your invoice. A draft equipment purchase and rental price list is available by calling 1-800-321-4522. • Minimum delivery available -- 15 cases or 2 kegs. • Breakage Upon Delivery: Any breakage that is identified at delivery and returned will be reimbursed 100% to the retailer. • Kramer Beverage is not responsible for typographical errors. • In accordance with the recent ABC Special Ruling as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, Kramer Beverage will install the following changes for the November Price List: • For the immediate future, signatures are no longer required at the time of delivery, our driver will print your name on the invoice. • All Notices of Obligation to be sent by E-mail. EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT Special Permit and Picnic type affairs will be charged under the following terms: * $600 security deposit will be required upon booking * A restocking fee of $20 per unused keg * Nothing should be taped, stapled, or mounted to the unit * All equipment must be returned in the condition it was delivered, including the following, otherwise a replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit: • Heavy Duty Extension Cord $100.00 • Wheel Chocks (set of 2) $50.00 • Lock/Key $25.00 • Any damage to exterior or interior of unit will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
