Business of Meeting To receive and consider the 79th Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Income and Expenditure for the period 1st November, 2008 to 31st October, 2009. League Aims and Objectives To promote the growth and development of Australian Rules Football throughout the Western Suburbs. To assist all member clubs and affi liated associations in the promotion and development of Australian Rules Football in their particular sphere of operations. To advance the ideals of Junior Football throughout the length and breadth of the Western Suburbs. To ensure that the Western Region Football League is kept on a sound fi nancial footing. To ensure that Australian Rules Football is widely available to the Western Suburbs Community regardless of age, background, culture, disability, gender and location. To be aware of and be responsive to change and give due recognition to the rightful owners of Australian Rules Football, the public at large.
