The panel will be given an update on progress at this meeting. 6. Standing Items 6.35pm 1 Police update (to follow when available) 2 Neighbourhood Planning update (enclosed) 3 Opportunity for members of the public to speak 4 Cornwall Council Community Governance Review: At the beginning of February the Boundary Commission published an Order that approved minor updates to some Electoral Divisions to align to any altered parish boundaries as a result of the Community Governance Review. Updated Electoral Divisions and parish boundaries have been used to output the Electoral Register, which was published on March 1st and will be the basis for the Unitary and Town and Parish elections on May 6th - all other approved internal parish changes will also take effect from this date. It has been agreed to postpone all Neighbourhood Development Plan referendums until the summer. 5 Planning update – Enforcement (enclosed) and S.106 (enclosed) 6 Highways update (covered in item 5) 7 A38 case for action update (to follow when available) 8.
