Transactions of the Stirling Natural History and Archaeological Society Contents of Volumes 1 to 61 Introduction The Transactions of the Stirling Natural History and Archaeological Society were published in 61 volumes between 1879 and 1939. This document is scanned from the Contents pages of each volume. There is a second, separate file, scanned from the Index to Volumes I to LVII, Compiled by Duncan McNaughton, published by the Society in 1936. The Contents is, thus, the fuller document, covering Volumes 58 to 61, published after the Index. Neither the contents pages nor the Index were produced to modern standards; no attempt has been made to correct the numerous oddities and inconsistencies and some scanning errors will also remain. However, a few entries have been expanded eg where the spelling was very odd and might impeded a modern word search a modernised spelling is sometimes included in square brackets.
