Project Linus’ mission is to provide love, a sense of secu- rity, warmth and comfort to chil- dren who are seriously ill, trau- matized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, hand- made blankets and afghans, lov- ingly created by volunteer “blanketeers.” This organization started in 1998, and has been continually going strong since then.
