INTRODUCTION 1.0 INTRODUCTION 1 GREATER HUME DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLAN 2013 CHAPTER 1 – INTRODUCTION 1.0 INTRODUCTION TITLE Instrument shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency. The title of this Development Control Plan is the Greater Hume Development Control Plan 2013 STRUCTURE (GHDCP). The GHDCP is made up of a number of chapters that address particular development matters. More than one chapter may be relevant to LAND TO WHICH THE GHDCP APPLIES development proposals.
