- SETTE -

Sette is a fusion of the top 1% grapes from Fratelli’s Estate owned Vineyards. The wine is made from approx 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Franc grapes, which are sourced from specific plots of land grow-ing quality grapes. Each varietal adds a unique character to the wine such as fruit, acidity, roundness etc. Wine is barrel aged for 14 months in French Oak barrels to create the final product. This wine is a good example of quality wines made in India. We are glad to feature this as our wine of the month. THE WINE LIST
