NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT AND SPECIAL for public purpose to wit, for the implementation of Chennai INITIATIVES DEPARTMENT Metro Rail Project. Under sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu further directs that the ACQUISITION OF LANDS possession of the said lands may be taken on the expiry of 15 days from the date of publication of the notice mentioned in [G.O. Ms. No. 85, Planning, Development and Special Section 9(1) of the Act. Initiatives (S.I), 25th June 2012, Aani-11, A Plan of lands is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2043.] (L.A.) CMRL, Chennai Unit-II, Harini Towers, No. 7 - Conran Smith Road Gopalapuram, Chennai-86 and may be No. II(2)/PDSI/319(e)/2012. inspected at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satified that the SCHEDULE lands specified in the Shedule below and situated Koyambedu Village, Egmore-Nungambakkam Taluk, Chennai District have Chennai District, Egmore-Nungambakkam Taluk, to be acquired for a public purpose, and it having already been Koyambedu Village. decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of funds provided by the Chennai Block 19, T.S. No. 5 part (new No. 5/3) registerd holder Metro Rail Limited, the following declaration is issued under T. Kanaga Sabapathy, classified as Ryotwari Manai, bounded Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 (Central Act I of on the north by Block 7-Anna Nagar 2nd Avenue, east by T.S. 1894) No. 6 and T.S. No. 7 -Private Land, south by T.S. No. 5/1 building and west by T.S. No. 5/2 already acquired area and DECLARATION T.S.No. 4 on eastern side compund wall with iron fencing.— 39.5 square metre. Under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act I of 1894) the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby declares K. RAJARAMAN, that the land specified in the Schedule below and measuring Secretary to Government, 39.5 square meter be the same a little more or less are needed (Special Initiatives)
