The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied Block 51, T.S.No. 3121-4 part, (new No. 3121-46) Registered that the lands specified in the Schedule below and situated Purasawakkam Village, Purasawakkam-Perambur Taluk, holder S.V. Mathaprasad, classified as Quit Rent, bounded on Chennai District have to be acquired for a public purpose, the north by T.S.No. 3121-29 part, east by and it having already been decided that the entire amount T.S.No. 3121-4 part, south by T.S.No. 3121-36 part and of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid west by T.S.No. 3121-39 part, vacant land—241 sq. ft. out of funds provided by the Chennai Metro Rail Limited, the following declaration is issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 (Central Act I of 1894) Block 51, T.S.No. 3121-29 part, (new No. 3121-47) Registered holder K.M. Seetha Mohan, K.R. Habeeba Bevi, DECLARATION Kolar Krishna Mohan and K.V. Subba Rao classified as Under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 Quit Rent, bounded on the north and east by T.S.No. (Central Act I of 1894) the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby 3121-29 part, south by T.S.No. 3121-40 part already acquired declares that the land specified in the Schedule below and land and west by T.S.No. 3121-18, vacant land—296 sq. ft. measuring 537 square feet be the same a little more or less are needed for public purpose to wit, for the Total—537 sq. ft. implementation of Chennai Metro Rail Project. Under sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu further directs that the possession of the said lands may be taken on the expiry of 15 days from the date K. RAJARAMAN, of publication of the Notice mentioned in Section 9 (1) Secretary to Government, of the Act. (Special Initiatives).
