You have committed default in payment of the outstanding dues aggregating Rs.8,80,23,986.49 (Rupees Eight Crores Eighty Lakhs Twenty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Six Paise Forty Nine Only) plus further interest @ 15.95% p.a from 28- 09-2015 or at such other rates revised by bank from time to time at monthly rests together with costs, charges, etc. in respect of credit facilities availed from our Annanagar Branch. Hence the bank has issued a Demand Notice dated 09-10-2015 to pay the above mentioned amount within 60 days. You have failed to pay the amount in full even after the expiry of 60 days.
