Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu overnight in hotel

A Lantang Ri Trekking & Expedition representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. When you are ready you will be collected from your hotel lobby and driven to our Thamel office where you will be formally introduced to your Tour Guide.

Day 2: Drive to Namobuddha overnight in hotel

After breakfast drive to Namobuddha famous Buddhist pilgrimage site associated with a miracle which lies in top of a hill in Panauti. This holy site tells the tells of a Great price named Mahasattva who offered his own body to a starving Tigress and its cubs who Buddhist Pilgrimage Tour Langtang Ri Trekking & Expedition were on the brick of death.

Day 3: Drive to Pharphing Monasteries & Chovar overnight in hotel

This day explore Pharping and various monasteries around. On the way back to Kathmandu from Pharping, visit Chovar, another shrine. The gash in the hills was made by Manjushree to drain out the lake which once covered Kathmandu valley.

Day 4: Drive to Patan and visit Patan and Bungmati overnight in hotel

After breakfast drive to Patan to visit Patan Durbar Square and Bungamati is situated at the centre of the city of Lalitpur.

Day 5: Visit White Monastery and Swyambunath overnight in hotel

White Gumba (monastry) is a natural beauty along with religious importance. It is at Druk Amitabha Mountain. Surrounded by vivid terrain and lush green valley Seto Gumba gives us heavenly pleasure to watch sunrise and sunset. The whole view (Birds eye point of view) of Kathmandu valley can be observed from here in the most spectacular way. If you are in search of excitement as well as calmness this is the right place that you deserved.

Day 6: Visit Bouddhanath and Kapan overnight in hotel

After breakfast, visit Boudhanath which is possibly the largest stupa in the world and center for Tibetan school of Buddhism. Later proceed to Kopan Monastery. Kopan Monastery was founded by Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rimpoche in 1970 as a center of Buddhist Teachings. Meet Senior Lama and orientation on Buddhism at Kopan Monastery

Day 7: Fly to Lumbini mediation overnight in hotel

Meditation is a practice where an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in itself. Lumbini offers a supportive, comfortable and peaceful setting for dhamma-students seeking practice. The meditation method is Intensive Vipassana in the tradition of the Venerable Mahasi Sayadaw of Myanmar, which consists of sitting meditation and formal walking meditation throughout the day. Almost daily interviews and regular Dhamma-talks in English are offered. Meditators observe Noble Silence and keep eight precepts.

Day 8: Sightseeing in Lumbini and late afternoon flight to Kathmandu, Overnight in Hotel

After breakfast, we go walking through the Sacred Lumbini Garden where the Buddha was born converges on the Ashoka pillar, visit the Maya Devi Temple with its bas-relief sculpture depicting Maya Devi holding on with her right hand to a branch of pipal tree and giving birth to the infant Buddha who stand up on a lotus pedestal. Then we drive, 27km west of Lumbini; visit the important archaeological site, Tilaurkot, the ancient palace of King Suddodha (Siddhartha Gautam's father), where the Buddha spent his formative years as a Shakya Prince. Allow yourself for a moment to wander around and soak the atmosphere. There's a museum nearby, The Kapilvastu Museum; the pottery, jewelry and ornaments are gathered in-house. End up the remarkable tour in Tilaurkot by visiting the shrines, monasteries and stupa near the sacred garden.

Then, in the afternoon you will be returning back to Kathmandu, check in to the hotel.

Day 9: Departure to home
