Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in overnight in hotel

A Lantang Ri Trekking & Expedition representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. When you are ready you will be collected from your hotel lobby and driven to our Thamel office where you will be formally introduced to your Tour Guide.

Day 2: Drive to Namobuddha overnight in hotel

After breakfast drive to Namobuddha famous Buddhist pilgrimage site associated with a miracle which lies in top of a hill in Panauti. Day 3: Drive to Pharphing Monasteries & Chovar overnight in hotel

Day 4: Drive to Patan and visit Patan and Bungmati overnight in hotel

Day 5: Visit White Monastery and Swyambunath overnight in hotel

White Gumba (monastry) is a natural beauty along with religious importance. It is at Druk Amitabha Mountain. Surrounded by vivid terrain and lush green valley Seto Gumba gives us heavenly pleasure to watch sunrise and sunset. The whole view (Birds eye point of view) of Kathmandu valley can be observed from here in the most spectacular way. Day 6: Visit Bouddhanath and Kapan overnight in hotel

After breakfast, visit which is possibly the largest in the world and center for Tibetan school of . Later proceed to Kopan Monastery. Day 7: Fly to mediation overnight in hotel

Meditation is a practice where an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in itself. Lumbini offers a supportive, comfortable and peaceful setting for dhamma-students seeking practice. The meditation method is Intensive Vipassana in the tradition of the Venerable Mahasi of Myanmar, which consists of sitting meditation and formal walking meditation throughout the day. Almost daily interviews and regular Dhamma-talks in English are offered. Meditators observe Noble Silence and keep .

Day 8: Sightseeing in Lumbini and late afternoon flight to Kathmandu, Overnight in Hotel

After breakfast, we go walking through the Sacred Lumbini Garden where the Buddha was born converges on the pillar, visit the Maya Devi Temple with its bas-relief sculpture depicting Maya Devi holding on with her right hand to a branch of pipal tree and giving birth to the infant Buddha who stand up on a lotus pedestal.
