From 20:00, services will start to wind down and the last trains will run to a Sunday timetable. However, the Waterloo & City Line will run some later trains with the 23:26 from Bank and the 23:20 from Waterloo being the final services. Cannon Street Station will close at 21:00 and Marylebone will close at 22:30. LONDON OVERGROUND No service between Highbury & Islington and New Cross / Clapham Junction / Crystal Palace / West Croydon. On the rest of the London Overground, a weekday service will run with the last trains around 21:30 DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY A normal weekday service will run until 14:00, after which services will run every 10 minutes, except on the following routes. Bank to Lewisham - Every five minutes between 14:00 and 19:30 Stratford to Canary Wharf - Every six minutes between 14:00 and 19:30 TRAMLINK A Saturday timetable will operate until 20:00 when a reduced service will run (every 25 minutes) on routes 1 & 2, and (every 20 minutes) on route 3. Services will end at the normal time EMIRATES AIR LINE A normal weekday service will run from 07:00 until 20:00 LONDON BUSES All services will run to a Saturday timetable, except on the following routes 507 & 521 - A reduced Monday to Friday service 603 - No Service 969 & X68 - A reduced service There'll be no Night Buses overnight from Christmas Eve into Christmas Day, and 24-hour services will operate until just after midnight. WOOLWICH FERRY A single-boat service will operate all day (until 20:00) 6 RIVER SERVICES There'll be changes to some routes RB1 - Every 20-30mins between 06:00 and 21:26 RB2 - Normal Service RB4 - Every 10-20 minutes between 06:20 and 22:15 RB5 & RB6 - Every 40-50 minutes between 06:30 and 21:17 7 th CHRISTMAS DAY (WEDNESDAY 25 DECEMBER) NATIONAL RAIL There will be no service on Christmas Day apart from on the Heathrow Express, where there will be a shuttle service between terminals. PUBLIC TRANSPORT There’ll be no London Underground, London Overground, DLR, Emirates Air Line, Tramlink or London Bus services on Christmas Day. 8 BOXING DAY (THURSDAY 26th DECEMBER) NATIONAL RAIL Most rail companies will not run a service on Boxing Day, with the following exceptions. Chiltern Railway Services will run on the Bicester North-Marylebone line only. Details of their special timetable are available here Eurostar Services will start later than normal, but will then run to a regular timetable Stansted Express A half hourly service will run all day from Liverpool Street from 06:25 to 23:25. Heathrow Connect No service (except a shuttle between terminals) Southeastern No Service (except between St Pancras International and Ashford International) Southern Half hourly services will run between London Bridge and Sutton / East Croydon. Services will run half hourly between London Bridge and East Grinstead and between Three Bridges and Brighton hourly. However, buses will replace part of the journey between East Grinstead and Three Bridges. Buses will also run to/from Gatwick Airport from East Grinstead and Three Bridges PUBLIC TRANSPORT LONDON UNDERGROUND A special service will run on those lines unaffected by engineering works. First trains will run from around 08:30 with last trains at Sunday times. Before 10:30 and after 20:30, trains in zone 1 will run every five to eight minutes, and every 10 to 20 minutes in other zones. District Line – Until 19:00, No service between Earl's Court and Edgware Road/Ealing Broadway/Kensington Olympia/Richmond After 19:00, there’ll be no service between Edgware Road and Wimbledon, and between South Kensington and Ealing Broadway/Kensington Olympia/Richmond/Wimbledon. 9 Piccadilly Line - A special service will run, with additional trains calling at Ravenscourt Park, Stamford Brook, Turnham Green and Chiswick Park and with some trains being diverted to/from Ealing Broadway. This is because of the works at Earl's Court affecting the District line. Jubilee Line – No service between Waterloo and Finchley Road LONDON OVERGROUND No service, although some interchange stations will be open DLR Services will run every 10 minutes on all routes between 09:30 and 23:30, except between Bank and Lewisham (10:30 to 19:30) where services will run every five minutes TRAMLINK A Sunday service will run, except between Wimbledon and East Croydon where services will run every seven to eight minutes between 10:30 and 17:30 EMIRATES AIR LINE A Saturday service will run between 08:00 and 20:00 RIVER SERVICES No service (inc. Woolwich Ferry) LONDON BUSES 24-hour routes will start around 06:00 with a normal service operating overnight from Thursday into Friday Night bus services will operate to a normal Thursday night timetable FRIDAY 27th DECEMBER 10 NATIONAL RAIL C2C Will run to a Saturday timetable Chiltern Railway A Saturday service will run East Coast A special service will run because of major works at Peterborough.
