INFORMATION PERTAINING TO MATCHES CONDUCTED/ORGANISED BY CRICKET ASSOCIATION (MPCA) AT STADIUM/S UNDER CONTROL

1. This note is prepared as per rule no. 37 (8) of the Constitution of BCCI, and rule no. 39 A (1) (viii) of the Constitution of MPCA.

2. Essentially, both the rules stipulate disclosure of information related to International, domestic, and IPL matches played at stadium/s under aegis of State Association i.e. MPCA in present case. The information pertains to seating capacity, pricing, transparent booking procedure, and allotment of free tickets for such matches.

3. Presently, there is only one stadium under authority of MPCA i.e. Stadium at . Hence, the desired information produced below relates to matches held at this ground.

4. As far as domestic matches are concerned (i.e. apart from IPL), MPCA adopts the practice of free entry to the stadium on following lines -

4.1 Free entry for the stands, starting with west stand in sequence of ground tier, I tier, and then II tier depending upon influx. 4.2 If the west stand is occupied close to its capacity, entry to east stand is opened. 4.3 Entry for south pavilion is restricted to MPCA members, players, regular volunteers, relatives of participating teams, excursion of school student etc.. 4.4 Depending upon the estimation of public interest for a particular match, MPCA reserves the option to give access against 'entry tickets' (without charge) to such invitees for south pavilion entry. 4.5 MPCA reserves the right to change/alter/modify any of the above practice.

5. For the International matches organised by MPCA, following points are notified : Specific information pertaining to last Type of information General information match after applicability of rules i.e. w.e.f. 6. For the IPL matches, the host franchise is principal decision making authority on all the aspects i.e. seat manifest, pricing and booking procedure, and allotment of free tickets. Hence, the information can be shared only by concerned franchisee. ------END ------
