HOW: In addition to the one catered meal provided during shivah, KMS will now also offer to facilitate homecooked meals provided b y shul mem- bers via a sign up sheet to support the immediate family during the week of shivah (Please note: This is provided as an optional support and families can choose whether to request this option. KMS does not endorse the kashrut of anyone’s home but helps the coordination of meals as a service to those members who wish to partake.). WHEN: In the KMS bereavement emails listing funeral and shivah details, you will now see two options to provide meal support during shivah for families sitting in Kemp Mill. For families sitting shivah outside of Kemp Mill, the shul will continue to provide the one catered meal either during shivah or upon the return of the mourner to the Kemp Mill area. OPTION 1: Donate to the shul catered meal by sending a donation to KMS through Shul Cloud (click here).
