All participants should plan to arrive no later than Saturday, June 5, 2004. The registration costs will include attendance at the reception and banquet, a lunch on the third day of the meeting and refreshments during the morning breaks. In the interests of collegiality and scientific interaction, the number of participants will be limited to approximately 140 - so register early for this exciting meeting!! Location and Accommodation The meeting will be held in Como, Italy, which is a beautiful resort area in the Alps on the Swiss/Italian border. There are a variety of hotels and hostels in the area for the use of meeting participants.
