DRG-gruppert NPR-melding (fra NPR) for alle pasientar i Helse Vest RHF, på HF-nivå pr kommune 2. DRG-gruppert uttrekk innhenta frå Helse Førde HF, dette for å få data på sjukehusnivå i føretaket 3. DRG gruppert uttrekk innhenta frå Helse Møre og Romsdal HF, over aktivitet på Volda og Mork for pasienter fra Nordfjord-regionen Det er et marginalt avvik mellom datagrunnlag for Helse Vest RHF og datagrunnlaget vi har motteke direkte frå Helse Førde HF. Helse Førde HF rapporterar 41 (+1,4 %) flere dagopphald og 49 (-0,9 %), færre døgnopphald og 4 (-0,01 %) færre polikliniske konsultasjonar enn dei «lukka» filane for Helse Vest RHF. Datagrunnlag for 2011 er basert på grupperte NPR-meldingar innhenta fra Helse Førde HF, samt Volda sjukehus og Mork rehabiliteringssenter Tellar-eininga i datagrunnlaget, er sjukehusopphald/konsultasjonar som inngår i ISF-ordninga. Aktivitet som inngår i ISF-grunnlaget er noko lavare enn den totale aktiviteten. For pasientar frå Nordfjord- regionene og ved sjukehusa Førde sentralsjukehus, Nordfjord sjukehus, Volda sjukehus og Mork rehabiliteringssenter, er avvika som følgjer: Døgnopphald 0,2% lavare, Dagopphold 1,3 % lavare og Polikliniske konsultasjoner 9,9%

Fylkesmannen viser til oversendingar med omfattande saksmateriale frå Naustdal kommune datert 6.juni. Reguleringsplanen gjeld også areal i Askvoll kommune. Kommunane har sams saksutgreiingar i alle delar av saka, og dei to kommunestyra har gjort likelydande vedtak. Askvoll kommune har sendt over vedtaka sine i ei eiga oversending datert 21.juni. Etter avtale mellom kommunane, og i samråd med Fylkesmannen, har Naustdal kommune oversendt all dokumentasjon i saka. Det ligg føre motsegn til reguleringsplanen frå Fiskeridirektoratet region vest. Motsegna er retta mot det planlagde sjødeponiet i Førdefjorden. Fylkesmannen gjennomførde mekling 15.mars 2011. Meklinga førde ikkje fram, og saka vert såleis sendt over til Miljøverndepartementet for endeleg avgjerd. Vedlagt følgjer saka i samsvar med § 5-6 i plan- og bygningslova og rundskriv T- 2/09 (jf også rundskriv T-5/95 som er følgt så langt det passar). Kommunane har motteke klage frå Kyllingstad Kleveland Advokatfirma DA på reguleringsplanvedtaka. Klaga vert oversendt til Miljøverndepartementet utan kommentarar frå Fylkesmannen. Dokumenta er også tilgjengelege på kommunane sine heimesider (Postliste – Søk etter sak – saksnr. 09/126 i Naustdal og saksnr.07/624 i Askvoll). Bakgrunn Reguleringsplanen for Engebøfjellet har som formål å tilretteleggje for utvinning av titanmalm (titanoksid).

Welcome to the Tre Lag Stevne in South Saint Paul, Minnesota. We were last in the Twin Cities area in 2009 in this same location. In a metropolitan area of this size it is not as easy to see the results of the Norwegian immigration as in smaller towns and rural communities. But the evidence is there if you look for it. This year’s speakers will tell the story of the Norwegians who contributed to the richness of American culture through literature, art, architecture, politics, medicine and science. You may recognize a few of their names, but many are unsung heroes who quietly added strands to the fabric of America and the world. We hope to astonish you with the diversity of their talents. Our tour will take us to the first Norwegian church in America, which was moved from Muskego, Wisconsin to the grounds of Luther Seminary,. We’ll stop at Mindekirken, established in 1922 with the mission of retaining Norwegian heritage. It continues that mission today. We will also visit Norway House, the newest organization to promote Norwegian connectedness.     Nordic Mining enters into agreements with partners for Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the Engebø project Nordic Mining has today, through its wholly owned subsidiary Nordic Rutile AS, entered into Letters of Intent (“LOIs”) with Sunnfjord Industripartner AS, Åsen & Øvrelid AS, Nordic Bulk AS, and Normatic AS as partners for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (together “EPCs”) for the Engebø Rutile and Garnet project (the “Project”). The LOIs are a formalization of the EPCs deliverables toward the update of the Engebø Definitive Feasibility Study (“UDFS”), and in line with the optimized contracting and execution strategy developed to ensure the successful construction of the Project. Sunnfjord Industripartner AS – Sitewide Earthworks and Underground Infrastructure (EPC1) Sunnfjord Industripartner AS (“SIPA”) is a company founded to compete on lager contracts for industry and communication development projects. The company has it’s outspring from four local civil and earthworks companies located in Sunnfjord municipality. The company’s business strategy is to be a local based significant partner for larger contracts within their field of competence. SIPA has around 150 employees and had in 2020 a combined turnover of around NOK 500 million. Åsen & Øvrelid AS – Civil and Buildings (EPC2) Åsen & Øvrelid is one of the largest civil and building contractor on the west coast of Norway. The company is delivering a wide range of projects and have in the last years specialist in larger EPC contracts towards the governmental and private sector. Åsen & Øvrelid utilize in-house resources in their civil and building projects and has a wide and competent organization to deliver large and complex EPC contracts.
