At the ceremony, theSun was also presented with the Perdana Special Achievement Award for Print Media Excellence. The award ceremony was organised by the Malaysian Indian Entrepreneur Cooperative (“MIEC”) in collaboration with the Social Entrepreneurs Network. IPAM ANNOUNCES NEW HEAD; LAUNCHES NEW FUND Inter-Pacific Asset Management Sdn Bhd (“IPAM”), a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, announced the appointment of economist, Dato’ Dr Nazri Khan, as its new Head on 30 November 2019 during the Menang Saham Bersama DDNK Mega Seminar at Ideal Convention Centre, Shah Alam, Selangor, which attracted more than 5,000 participants. IPAM also launched a new fund, the InterPac Capital Preservation and Growth Fund ("ICPG Fund"), a wholesale mixed assets fund which seeks to provide capital preservation, consistent income and growth. The ICPG Fund is suitable for sophisticated investors who have a medium to long term investment horizon. Youth 2019 has been a great year for the Group, despite some challenges along the way. I would like to congratulate Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan, our Founder and Executive Chairman on his conferment of the Malaysia’s Philanthropist Award at the Perdana Awards 2019. Berjaya Corporation was also awarded the Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA) Billion Ringgit Recognition Award for its outstanding performance in the industry and the HR Best Practices Awards for Leadership Pipeline Development Practices. Our operating companies have also won several awards and recognition during the quarter, and 2 companies have attained international accreditations. AMITA KUB-Berjaya Kitar obtained its first ISO certifications for Quality Management System and Environmental Management System in September for the Provision of Scheduled Waste Management and Transportation. Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd attained the World Lottery Association Security Control Standard:2016 (WLA-SCS:2016) certification in December 2019. This certification is the only internationally recognised security standard for number forecast operators worldwide. Berjaya Hotels and Resorts added on another overseas hotel with the official opening of ANSA Okinawa Resort in Japan. In November, Starbucks opened its 2nd signing store in Penang and marked its 300th store in Malaysia with the opening of Starbucks Reserve Bukit Bintang Junction. Employees of our operating companies continued to bring joy to the underprivileged groups through various visits and contributions during the Deepavali and Christmas seasons. "We fully support Karpal who has sacrificed his entire life for the party and nation and will lead the whole party into the general election to capture Putrajaya," said Sukumar. "We, DAP members will have our energy and mind focussed to win the coming GE. Other negative distractions will not disunite us," he added. "Our enemy is BN and only BN. We will fight until we win Putrajaya. The marching towards Putrajaya has started here and our DAP leaders will lead the way," he stressed.

Ia Diterima: 11 Januari 2018 membincangkan transformasi budaya politik masyarakat Melayu di Terengganu yang Disemak: 30 Januari 2018 dimanifestasikan selepas terjadinya peristiwa pemecatan Anwar Ibrahim pada 2 Diterbit: 1 Jun 2018 September 1998. Pemecatan tersebut telah melahirkan satu gelombang penentangan masyarakat Melayu Terengganu terhadap UMNO-BN. Penentangan tersebut dapat dilihat menerusi anjakan sokongan masyarakat Melayu daripada UMNO-BN kepada *Corresponding Author: parti oposisi yang lain dengan begitu jelas khususnya PAS. UMNO telah mengalami Ilyas Abdullah prestasi terburuknya dalam pilihan raya tersebut. Kajian ini juga dilakukan Fakulti Sains Sosial Dan berdasarkan kepada berlakunya pola ketidaktentuan pengundian yang ditunjukkan Kemanusiaan, Universiti dalam empat siri pilihan raya yang terakhir di Terengganu melibatkan PRU tahun Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi, 1999, 2004, 2008 dan PRU tahun 2013. Hal ini kerana pertembungan dua parti Malaysia Melayu-Islam utama iaitu UMNO dan PAS sangat sengit. Keputusan pilihan raya Email: pasca PRU-10 menunjukkan bahawa Terengganu bukan lagi menjadi negeri selamat [email protected] buat mana-mana parti politik yang bertanding. Setiap parti dilihat mempunyai peluang yang seimbang untuk membentuk kerajaan di Terengganu. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahawa pembangunan merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pembentukan budaya politik Melayu di Terengganu sebelum dan selepas PRU ke-10.
