Kære Alle Nu Står Rejsen for Døren Og Her Følger En Opdatering På Hvornår Kære alle Nu står rejsen for døren og her følger en opdatering på hvornår vi skal mødes hvor. Mandag mødes vi i lobbyen på Ibis og bliver afhentet i taxa og kørt til Research Profesionals. De er også så venlige at køre os til næste møde på King´s College. For jer der møder gruppen på KCL så ligger Hodgkin bygningen omkring hjørnet af Tennis Street/New Comen St – se de vedhæftede kort. Vi mødes i receptionen i Hodgkin hvor vi bliver afhentet. KCL byder på en sandwich lunch. For jer der har lyst, kan vi mødes og gå ud til middag sammen i området omkring Ibis. Tirsdag er det Kent University. Her skal vi med toget fra St Pancras som ligger 10 min gang fra Ibis. Mødeplanlæggerne vil prøve at få købt billetter i forvejen. Men vi skal med toget kl. 8.42 så vi mødes i lobbyen på Ibis 8.30. Der vil både være frokost og middag i Canterbury. Vi regner med at tage hjem med toget enten 20.25 eller 21.25. Onsdag skal vi besøge University College London som er i gå-afstand fra Ibis. Igen mødes vi i lobbyen kl. 8.40 og følges ad. Efter UCL skal vi til London School Economics. Vi spiser frokost på vejen – intet er planlagt. Torsdag skal vi chekke ud og med toget til Warwick. Tidspunktet er ikke helt på plads endnu. Det kommer an på hvornår vi kan mødes med Warwick staben. Men vi tager toget fra Euston St til Conventry og derfra tager vi taxa til universitetet. Frokost er en del af den pakke vi har bestilt. Vi har også et mødelokale til rådighed. Vi overnatter på Arden Hall, en del af universitetet hvor der er middag kl. 18.00 som del af pakken samt morgenmad næste dag. Hver deltager betaler sin eget ophold direkte til Arden Hall. Fredag tager vi afsted fra Warwick og med toget til Oxford hvor vi har første møde kl. 13.00. Så hvornår I vil afsted til Oxford er op til jer. Vi har et formiddagsmøde med Warwick men skal lige have det nøjagtige tidspunkt på plads. I Oxford skal vi mødes med Stephen Conway og hans folk i Social Sciences Division, Hayes House at 75 George Street. Når vi er færdige så er der afgang til Danmark. Der er forskellige muligheder alt afhængigt af hvilken lufthavn man flyver ud fra og hvilket tidspunkt.
