Antigen Description VPS37A, vacuolar protein sorting 37A, is a component of the ESCRT-I complex, a regulator of vesicular trafficking process. It is required for the sorting of endocytic ubiquitinated cargos into multivesicular bodies and may be involved in cell growth and differentiation.

Immunogen A synthetic peptide of human VPS37A is used for rabbit immunization.
